We have found XpertCoding to not only deliver accurate, effective autonomous coding, but it is backed by a highly engaged team who are committed to our success. This is a key differentiator in that the engagement in no way fell off once the sales cycle was completed. Their implementation teams and leadership are knowledgeable, thoughtful, and highly responsive. We're now processing thousands of claims in near real time that not only reduces clinician burden, but increases the accuracy of our CPT and ICD-10 coding, thus enhancing compliance while also ensuring our clinicians are credited for the work they've performed. **What do you dislike about XpertCoding?** Nothing per se. More that, like any strong software product, we learned that it was important for us as a team to ensure we had the resources ready and plan put together on how to most effectively implement the tool. **What problems is XpertCoding solving and how is that benefiting you?** In primary care you generally have two pathways for coding. 1: depend on clinicians to code their own charts which frequently results in under coding or incorrect coding as that's not something they should have to be expert in, or 2: pay coders to manually review every claim which is costly and creates a process pinch point. We felt supported and found immediate value in both the coding ROI but also in client satisfaction. **What do you dislike about XpertCoding?** I have felt the impacts of timing during our implementation. I have rarely felt that my team has been give data and an adequate amount of time to review that data before having to provide feedback. I believe that this issue is due to the time differences between two countries operating during implementation, but our reviews have always felt a bit pressed for feedback. **What problems is XpertCoding solving and how is that benefiting you?** FFS Optimization, solving the problem of administrative burden for providers, maxed out capacity for current RCM to enter charges, and consistently failed audits by our providers for CPT coding accuracy all played a role in our decision. ### 3. I also really like the online dashboard that can be tailored to our needs but presents the number of charts coded, the average billing level per day/month/quarter. The dashboard also allows us to break down the the coding by office and even provider including daily updates on all charts that are upcoded or downcoded. The Xpertcoding team is also very responsive to our team, frequently making changes to the algorithms and dashboard based on our needs. **What do you dislike about XpertCoding?** The issues that I have with XpertCoding stem from the amount of effort we had to expend to get the program to work best for our patient population and type of office. Early on we had to frequently send in requests to make the coding work best for our company but now this is much less of a problem. **What problems is XpertCoding solving and how is that benefiting you?** Xpertcoding is allowing us to optimize our coding and bill out a large volume of medical charts with a very fast turnaround time for less than the cost of paying human medical coders ### 7. XpertCoding was very thorough in their approach, with signifcant testing and validation before moving forward in each step. I really appreciate the aversion to risk. **What problems is XpertCoding solving and how is that benefiting you?** XpertCoding is ensuring that we are being compensated for all services rendered by our Providers, and applying an appropriate level of service to each visit. We are benefting by ensuring maximum revenue potential per visit, with an emphasis on risk aversion. XpertCoding is able to ensure that we're also not billing for any services that were not rendered. ### 8. We like that that the bot is able to code the level of the visits based on the notes accurately so that our doctors do not have to figure out the level of the visits. The reporting platform is also helpful for our providers. The customer service is very accomodating and responds in a timely manner. **What do you dislike about XpertCoding?** Sometimes because it is AI and billing can be complex with different caveats, the customizing part is a bit time consuming. Implementation felt a bit clunky because we were not told ahead of time for things to look for or questions asked about different caveats that the bot may need. And there are issues with the codes that arise like missing a cpt or modifier, or sequencing of the cpt codes with no rhyme or reason. It's not 100% consistent. **What problems is XpertCoding solving and how is that benefiting you?** Xpert dox is helping our providers code for the correct level of billing based on their documentations and diagnoses codes so that they are able to capture the highest visit level. It has also helped us to capture procedures that were done during the visits that may not have been documented properly and making sure we are using diagnosis codes that are valid. ### 9. The XD team is super helpful and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with them in every capacity. **What do you dislike about XpertCoding?** There is still some degree of coding on certain claims and wish it had diagnosis functionality i.e changing a dx, adding a dx, updating a diagnosis, etc. Sometimes the logic has a hiccup or two but I will write the team and they look into those issues asap for us. **What problems is XpertCoding solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has reduced headcount for the coding team in our organization, which has helped us save money as an organization. Although our team was always productive prior to AI, this is a wonderful addition to our company and very helpful. ### 12.
