I liked Xobin Video Interviews for the following reasons -

1. Ease of Use and implementation

2. AI help in generating interview questions

3. AI help in creating a dynamic report evaluating videos and give in-depth analysis of the candidate

4. Time saving and get the top candidates for job requirement

What do you dislike about Xobin?

"Best Interview Platform"

What do you like best about Xobin?

Automated interview is the feature I like the most about xobin as it generate AI based questions and the level of the question is to good.

Secondly their support team is helpful available when needed.

The Xo-form feature is also great and i haved used it internally in my company for employee survey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xobin?

Xobin is a reliable tool for conducting campus drive for any bandwidth. Their customer support help us in crafting an assessment based on difficulty level, college we are going for, roles we are hiring for etc. They also support in sharing proper documentation for campus checklist to seamless to conduct the drive. What do you like best about Xobin?

Xobin assessments were used in hiring for AUTOMATION ENGINEER in our company. Xobin provided aptitude and domain specific questions which helped us in screening a huge number of good candidates.
