Honestly, there are very few things I dislike. I would perhaps improve the productivity features by giving users more freedom to design maps, create connectors, and customize the structure. Xmind does a great job of helping me visualize ideas, plan, and create mind maps, which is especially helpful due to my Aphantasia. It’s also really useful for brainstorming; the biggest use I had for it was saving me hours by helping me organize my thoughts and plan out a project and brainstorm with my temporary development team. The app in general is relatively easy and straightforward, so I never really had to get any support, official or otherwise, but I heard the community is very helpful for my use; I didn’t really have to integrate it with any other software, but it has support for many integrations, including Google Cloud Obsidian, which I might integrate, which is great. Honestly nothing in specific, I can't exactly complain about a application who's main features are free albeit limited, but I personally am not a big fan of AI first standing and limited collaboration and it does often feel like AI is forced with credits and so on, but I can't argue against how useful of a tool AI can be, and It does often feel slightly odd to use, but it does clear up quickly. What I like most is how quickly I can get an idea out of my head and onto the canvas. The interface stays out of my way, so I can just keep branching thoughts without stopping to fiddle with settings. Honestly there is not much I dislike, but if I had to pick something, the real-time collaboration could be a little smoother when a few people are editing the same map at once.
