Feature-wise, having the ability to integrate with commonplace tools like Jira Cloud easily might be neat to have. Or an integration that would allow embedding an Xmind map to a Confluence page would also be very useful as I often want to output an Xmind document that's both shareable and editable to fellow colleagues. **What problems is Xmind solving and how is that benefiting you?** Xmind is great for being able to visualize a large problem and break it down into smaller problems. In this way, I've been able to break down problems and assign individuals to tackle a problem once the chunk of work has been broken down far enough to be manageable. And the other important part is that you can export your file different versions especially JPG, PDF format which ı always used. Also, there are different styles that you can choose and edit. In addition, you can change existing project styles. Finally, there is a phone application so you can use a cell phone when cannot reach the computer. **What do you dislike about Xmind?** There is a problem with speed when the needs a lot of multistep, big projects Mind Mappings. The free version is extremely useless when compared with the premium ones. It gives me the opportunity to learn and remember so fast. Xmind has a good number of tools that will guarantee to manage your ideas and translate it into mind maps to improve your work efficiency. **What do you dislike about Xmind?** Not very few complaints of Xmind really, I would like them to expand their catalog of tools in the free version since it shows some restrictions that are a bit annoying, so it really made me think if it was worth investing in the tool or not. I have also noticed that it is something heavy since it has thrown errors in some devices so I conclude that some optimization is missing. **Recommendations to others considering Xmind:** It is among my favorites to capture my ideas and create simple and eye-catching mind maps for my colleagues to distribute my ideas more efficiently and make their understanding more constant. I'm testing ZEN and it looks smooth and relaxed to work with. I persuaded my CEO to us it for his own things. I would love to buy a full pro license for my company. I think that I will go Pro when ZEN final will be released **What do you dislike about Xmind?** Why there is no Android version is beyond me. The system is based on eclipse so there are moments when it is a little heavy, and slow. No more cloud... I loved that, but they took it down. I would like to see if Gantt feature is worth the price (among other things) but I have to buy it to test it - that is lame. **Recommendations to others considering Xmind:** Use it, and then use it again. Several IT tools exist in this domain but Xmind is really the best one in terms of UI and features. The maps are highly configurable. It is so easy to use that it is possible to create maps "in real time" during a meeting, which is really useful in our field. You can add markers, comments, notes, links, images... **What do you dislike about Xmind?** The only important limit of this tool is the lack of collaboration with other users, 'cause it is not a web based solution, easily shareable.
