xExtracta Reviews & Product Details

Month-end bank reconciliation starts with retyping statements. xExtracta® removes that step for Argentine accounting firms: it converts bank statement PDFs into clean Excel files on the firm's own Windows computers, with nothing uploaded to the cloud. Drop in a folder with statements from several banks and clients, and one run returns one Excel per bank: one transaction per row, numeric amounts, normalized dates. Fourteen Argentine formats are supported, each with a dedicated parser for its quirks: Banco Nación doesn't mark debit or credit, Credicoop omits the balance on most lines, BBVA prints dates without a year. Every transaction is categorized, and with the firm's chart of accounts loaded (Excel or PDF), the export carries its own account codes: 32 concepts mapped once per company. Measured: 17,035 transactions in 65 seconds. Free 4-day trial.
