On thesecond hand, if the person who is managing it doesn´t have accountant experience it could be a litle bit difficult to understand how it works or take real advantage of this fantastic tool. Before to use Xero we had just an Excell sheet reporting and when our business grew up, it start to be a mess, because we started to work with differences currencies and the sheet it was share and imlemented by differents employees, so for us be able to implement Xero Suite on our System has been a great solution due that it let us be more effective and spend time in other importatn tasks.
