Furthermore, XeneX SOCaaS 24/7 monitored reporting systems have become critical for ensuring that schools comply with local and state legislation, as well as cyber insurance. Seamless process and great integration to our existing systems. **Recommendations to others considering Xenex:** We received proposals from a few competitors and other companies and we thought that Xenex was the most fair and capable of doing the job. They were responsive and we have had a very positive experience working with them. **What problems is Xenex solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our concern was keeping our data safe and enduring that if there are any issues we have someone that we trust that we can call at any time. They address cybersecurity comprehensively and cost effectively. They have detected and remediated incidents in a timely manner. Their SOC analysts are great to work with and very responsive. They keep their promises and always available to answer any questions. **What do you dislike about Xenex?** Everything has been great. Just one time tech support took longer to respond. **Recommendations to others considering Xenex:** Contact them and let them explain their product to you. It's worth it. **What problems is Xenex solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had encountered ransomware and other security threats. With Xenex all those issues are resoved and we have not had any cases of threat, viruses, attacks, ransomware, etc.. ### 4. Ever since starting, they have been instrumental in identifying and remediating incidents several times since we've begun utilizing their systems. **What do you dislike about Xenex?** We don't have any negative feedback on Xenex. Since incorporating the systems into our company it has only been positive. **What problems is Xenex solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were concerned about ransomeware, breaches, and intellectual property security and we wanted to partner with a firm that we could completely rely on since we don't have any form of inhouse cybersecurity expertise.
