**What do you like best about X-FLY?**

1. Very easy to use 
2. Has the best UX as compared to any other competitor 
3. Support is excellent 
4. Dashboards are very easy to create and great for reporting
5. Great integration with third party healthcare CRMs

**What do you dislike about X-FLY?**

Customizable dashboards are good but would be great if there is more information on the trends

**What problems is X-FLY solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted an insights management platform that is highly customizable and it allows us to add widgets within the dashboard, we found X-FLY that has helped us manage our knowlegde from our MSLs, social media channels, medical affairs, etc to help us find the insights that matter the most to our business.

The best user experience one can get in the market. It is fully customizable to your needs and the support is extraordinary

Have never encountered any flaws within the product so far.

We wanted to an insights management software for our company that can help us our insights from multiple sources. X-FLY has solved our problems for prioritizing and categorizing the insights all in one place.
