**What do you like best about Wynde?**

In my opinion, Pathway's greatest strength is its UX – everything is incredibly intuitive and straightforward. Plus, I really like the UI: minimalist, neat design, and attractive components. Overall, it's a pleasure to interact with. And of course, the support team is fantastic. They're always quick to respond and really go out of their way to help with any issues.

**What do you dislike about Wynde?**

Probably the only downside at the moment is the occasional bugs. I get that the platform is constantly being improved and developed, but technical glitches do happen.

**What problems is Wynde solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our product teams had a task to implement quick and regular usability tests for prototypes and concepts. We spent a while searching for a tool that was easy to use, reliable, and visually appealing (and also affordable). We finally settled on Pathway, and it turned out to be a great choice. We run tests, mini-surveys, gather user feedback, and collect valuable data to make important decisions.

**What do you like best about Wynde?**

The team is the most excellent thing. They are very responsive, helpful, and friendly. I like that they work with feedback and implement functions that help the research execution process.

**What do you dislike about Wynde?**

I don't have anything worth mentioning here. Even if there were any problems with the service's functionality or stability, the team fixed them very quickly.

**Recommendations to others considering Wynde:**

Just contact the team, and they will do the rest. Just try to conduct 1-2 studies via service and you will find out how easy it is.

**What problems is Wynde solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Fast tests allow to optimize discovery processes 
- Broadening research skills in diverse teams helps to gain information from different parts of the business
- Gaining insights about early ideas helps to navigate in tasks with high uncertainty levels
- Convenient work with the data saves researchers time
- Easy-to-learn instrument allows to use it in different, even non-research-oriented teams

**What do you like best about Wynde?**

Extremely easy to start, good advanced features like split tests, integrated user recruting, non-cringe AI features... And a great engaged and responsive team (support and founders)!

**What do you dislike about Wynde?**

When using Pathway to the limits of its abilities, there can be some bugs and 'manual' work

**What problems is Wynde solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a UX/product research leader, I want to get a lot of feature and design ideas tested. But traditional moderated research is slow and labor-intensive, and moreover, my background in quant research tells me not to make any conclusions based on 10-20 interviews.
Pathway allows me to get my Figma prototypes in front of a lot of users in an unmoderated way, and collect metrics and survey-type feedback.

During our use experience , The pathway team improved the functionality and we have nothing to dislike

It is important to predict the number of tests per month in order to choose the right rate

**What problems is Wynde solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the Central Asian market it is so difficult to get a simple and accessible interface-testing tool. The pathway team solved this task and significantly simplified and expanded our possibilities of testing hypotheses
