It's so easy to set up your workplace and start working. These impromptu conversations are very much as if you are walking past your colleagues desk and having a chat... only you are doing it virtually. The platform is easy to use and is constantly being upgraded with new features. With other platforms it is easy to lose that human connection between organisation and client when preparing for meetings and having the ability to build a relationship. Many people are logging onto teams and such and turning off their camera and mic and just listening. The sound and video quality is first class also. **What do you dislike about Wurkr?** It is too easy to accidentally move office spaces with an inadvertent click of the mouse. **Recommendations to others considering Wurkr:** Ensure senior leaders of the business promote and use the product. The application is very intuitive so on-boarding new users is effortless. We did not have single sign-on so the Administrator needs to monitor leavers and contact Wurkr support to remove users no longer employed. **What problems is Wurkr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Always on representation of the office means we can see who is present, who is on a break and easily contact a colleague, share screens and communicate without having to send calendar invitations.
