The most helpful thing about Sococo is that it allows me to feel like I am in-office with my remote colleagues, even though we all work from different locations. The least helpful thing about Sococo is that guests sometimes have difficulty accessing the platform and are typically not familiar with using it. This tool is absolutely incredible! We have used it at our organization on a number of occasions for virtual expos we do with our agents. Sometimes the software can become unstable, especially in video conferencing, since there are delays in the audio and video which generates great discomfort, also lacks the ability to customize for example in the chat, a great discomfort that generates me sococo is that this platform is very limited to enter large numbers of people in a single virtual room, which can sometimes generate some problems. The current cost of subscribing to the application is not justified, since it is not cheap, this implies that only high-level companies can maintain this software monthly for their needs, excluding small-scale companies, since they do not, paying the high budget, this is the only reason why many low-level organizations have stopped using Sococo, highlighting that video quality can sometimes be a challenge, when some user shares their screen or camera.
