"100% hassle free since I started with WPMU DEV"

What do you like best about WPMU DEV?

For a non-technical person like myself who works with websites, the WPMU team have been helpful with everything from cloning sites to helping me with fixing DNS issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WPMU DEV?

The previous interface was a little all over the place, but the revisions they make periodically means that they have fixed UX issues that may have added a few seconds extra work or searching for correct function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering WPMU DEV:

The more websites you have the better. Their pricing is excellent, but the thing that keeps me adding sites and working with WPMU DEV is that the support team have resolved every issue relating to my wordpress sites and hosting.

The other offerings such as SEO optimisation, backup, recovery and image compression mean I never need to add things I don't need to, it simplifies my management of my websites immensely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WPMU DEV solving and how is that benefiting you?

I now have all my websites under one roof. The ability to update all my plugins from the main console is great and I can see at a glance if there are any issues I need to deal with on any of my sites, from SEO to uptime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Lack of Transparency in Membership Pricing"

What do you like best about WPMU DEV?

Support both live chat and support ticket so far! Out of so many hosting and/or WordPress related services provider, WPMU is the best. They not just solve issue/support needed under their watch, but other than WPMU plugins or hosting, they are more than happy to assist you.

What do you dislike about WPMU DEV?

I have been a member of this platform for over five years and have seen its business model shift from multisite services to a focus on support and hosting.

I decided to terminate my agency-level membership due to concerns about its renewal pricing policy. The renewal price is significantly higher than the advertised price for new users, yet this difference is not clearly disclosed on their website. This could mislead new users into believing the initial rate applies to yearly renewals when, in reality, it is a one-time offer for first-time subscribers.

I believe transparency is crucial in pricing, and it would be more ethical for the company to clearly state renewal rates upfront. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
