Church software is usually priced to punish growth: a base fee, then an add-on for accounting, another for text messaging, another when you plant a second site. WorshipDesk doesn't work that way. Every plan includes every module. You choose a plan based on the size of your congregation, and nothing else changes.
Everything included, on every plan
Whichever plan you choose, you get the full platform.
People and ministry: member and visitor directory, households, small groups and communities, attendance, follow-ups, pastoral care and safeguarding records, birthday automation, events and calendar, worship and service planning, volunteer rotas, sermons, sacraments, custom forms, document repository, public page builder and merchandise.
Giving and finance: online and recurring giving, donation pages, pledge campaigns, contribution statements, full double-entry accounting with funds and budgets, expense approval, payables, invoices and IFRS reporting.
Communication and control: SMS, email and WhatsApp messaging, the full reports hub with CSV and PDF export, role-based permissions, multi-branch support, multi-currency handling, and the guided data import wizard.
Plans differ by the number of member records, storage allowance and included message credits. They do not differ by feature.
What the price does not include
We would rather be plain about this than have it surprise you at the end of the month.
Payment processing fees are charged by your gateway, not by us. You connect your own Paystack, Stripe, Hubtel, Flutterwave, PayPal or M-Pesa account and keep whatever rate you have negotiated. We take no percentage of your giving.
SMS and WhatsApp messages beyond your included allowance are billed at cost from your chosen provider. You can also connect your own Twilio, Hubtel, Clickatell, Infobip or SMSGlobal account and pay them directly.
Additional file storage above your plan allowance can be added at any time.
Change plans whenever you need to. Upgrade or downgrade at any point; billing adjusts from the next cycle.
No setup fee. Import your existing members, households, giving and attendance records yourself with the guided wizard, at no cost.
No contract lock-in. Pay monthly and cancel when you choose.
Your data stays yours. Export members, giving and accounting records to CSV or PDF at any time, including after cancellation.
Multi-site is a plan, not an upsell. Additional branches are covered within your member allowance rather than priced per campus.
Pay annually and get two months free, the equivalent of a 17% discount, with the same flat, everything-included pricing.
Registered charities, church plants and congregations under fifty members: contact us before you subscribe. We would rather have you on the platform than priced out of it.
Not sure which plan fits? Start with the size of your active membership. If you are between two tiers, take the smaller one and upgrade when you outgrow it. Nothing is locked behind the higher plan except capacity.
