The best thing about it is that there is one package whereby I can get calendars, communications and assigned tasks right off the bat. Every day, every week or even on a regular basis we automatically surveyed our workforce and always received prompt replies. **What do you dislike about Worktile?** Additionally, there are some occasions when the interface becomes crowded if you work on more than one project. Indeed, I see the positive sides of it and did not find any weaknesses yet. **What problems is Worktile solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is easy to upload files and see tasks and updates. Moreover, we can create message boards or chat rooms for every client and job that we handle. It allowed us to easily access our schedule, tasks drafts bookmarks activities and etc. When you manage different projects, this becomes crucial. Tracking hours spent on different parts of projects has made me save much time through enabling to give precise cost estimates. ### 2. Once I started using the app I found that everything was very straightforward and was able to find what I needed very quickly without having to trawl through loads of different menus. Another great feature of the app is that if I need to work on something when I am out of the office I can log in to the app on my iPhone or my laptop and access all of my documents and calendars so that I am never without my important information. The fact that I can take the app with me wherever I go means that it is incredibly convenient. When I'm travelling for business I find it particularly useful to be able to access all of the meetings that I have scheduled whilst I am away rather than having to wait until I get back in the office to check my schedule. Also my team can give me updates on our projects from wherever they are which is very useful because it saves me time from having to call them to see if they have any information to share. All in all I think the app is great and it is a great piece of technology to have in the toolbox for my team work. **What do you dislike about Worktile?** So far I have not really found anything I don't like about the app. The only thing that I have found a little annoying is the fact that I can sometimes get confused on which project I am supposed to be working on because there doesn't seem to be an easy way to differentiate them from each other. Apart from that I think that the app is well-designed and provides all of the features that I need in a collaboration tool. **What problems is Worktile solving and how is that benefiting you?** The fact that we can collaborate on a project with our team no matter where we are based is a huge benefit because we are able to work on something together even while we are on the move. The able have significantly improved the way we work because we no longer have to wait for a conference call to get things done and we can get the information that we need much more quickly than if we were doing it the traditional way. ### 3. This app helps with your tasks and loops your colleagues on them. I would highly recommend using it if you are working on a project. **What do you dislike about Worktile?** The language barrier, they need to offer more languages. The fact that it has integration with many services like WeChat, Zendesk, and Google Calendar makes it a gem. Easy to use with user-friendly UI. Has everything for proper team communication. Easy to communicate and share files across the team. Highly Recommended! **What do you dislike about Worktile?** The software is great but could be better. For example, the menu could've been added in form of icons as it could be hard for non-tech-savvy to navigate through the menus. **What problems is Worktile solving and how is that benefiting you?** Worktile has filled in the gap where it was hard to communicate with my co-workers as we used to communicate through emails and sometimes it took forever to get a response. With the introduction of Worktile, work has become very much efficient. Has made sharing files easier too. ### 5. Integration of calendar, tasks and other such cool features is really a good move. **What do you dislike about Worktile?** The UI can get a bit confusing for new users, I wish the developers use buttons instead of lists for menus. I enjoy the easy scroll options between groups of work to find as soon as needed. **What do you dislike about Worktile?** Worktile is practically only based in China, and the language settings are set to English, but mostly everything remains in Chinese for foreign users, limiting the individual's usage. **What problems is Worktile solving and how is that benefiting you?** Worktile has allowed scheduling, planning, organization, task management with checklists, reports, approvals, and kept up drives in one convenient application. The best thing I most like about this software is that it is so easy to keep track of some projects and tasks in a more efficient way. This software is very customized in so many different ways. The great advantage of this software is that projects can be easily manage at any time without any problem. We use this software in daily bases and very helpful to track all the activities in an easier way. **What do you dislike about Worktile?** Its function and features are very difficult for the new team members. For the beginners, it is very difficult to learn because its functions are very outstanding. The biggest problem in this software is that filtering through the project are so difficult because so many users use this software for the first time. It's a multi-functional team collaboration software. The whole 6 main features and all others sub features will give you extra advantages to collaborate with your team. Including the multi functional Message, Calendar and Drive features I like the project features very much. Worktile made this more smarter than others collaboration softwares that I have used already. The advance reporting system is also a fantastic creation of Worktile. You can easily check you all reports by Daily, Weekly and Monthly. After all, it's a simple but useful team collaboration software. **What do you dislike about Worktile?** I have just started using this software from few days ago. I did not found any issues that I should write here to aware others about it.
