**What do you like best about WorkTaps?**

I love that it's quick and easy for our team members to send to others who are interested in a career with us. The app is very user friendly and has an ease of implementation and easy to navigate. Plus Bradley Harris is a true professional and genuinely nice guy who truly is a wealth of knowledge in the recruitment and senior living industries. His customer service efforts have really created such a great working relationship. WorkTaps has been frequently used to help us to close the gap in our recruitment efforts bringing in at least 50% of our new hires through direct employee referrals through WorkTaps.

**What do you dislike about WorkTaps?**

Nothing that I can say to improve. I am thoroughly happy with WorkTaps.

**What do you like best about WorkTaps?**

The best thing about WorkTaps is the ease at which employees can broadcast job openings to their friends and family through social media.

**What do you dislike about WorkTaps?**

The most challenging aspect about WorkTaps is not inherant in the product itself but getting widespread engagement with the program among employees.  We are currently strengthening our incentives and promotion of WorkTaps to build greater participation among our staff.

**What problems is WorkTaps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkTaps expands our reach into recruitment sources that may not be reached through conventional means.  It also increases the likelihood that the referral is potential good hire since there is a connection to a current employee.  It also enables us to better identify and reward those who promote our company to their circle of friends and family.

**What do you like best about WorkTaps?**

Easy of use for Team Members to refer colleagues.
I can see history of Referral successes.  Incredible application to garner first rate talent which otherwise  is difficult to identify and then interact with.  Team members feel  that they are contributing to the success of their Community by networking with associates, family and friends.  Worktaps is worth its weight in referrals.

**What do you dislike about WorkTaps?**

I like everything about the tool set at this point in time.

Heklping us locate stellar talent.

Its a great tool to keep track of candidates. Easy to navaigate and user friendly.

**What do you dislike about WorkTaps?**

Improvements-job description posting can not be saved for future use.

Can not go back to mark candidates as 'Hired' after hire date.

Keeping track of employee referrals.
