I love that it's quick and easy for our team members to send to others who are interested in a career with us. The app is very user friendly and has an ease of implementation and easy to navigate. Plus Bradley Harris is a true professional and genuinely nice guy who truly is a wealth of knowledge in the recruitment and senior living industries. His customer service efforts have really created such a great working relationship. WorkTaps has been frequently used to help us to close the gap in our recruitment efforts bringing in at least 50% of our new hires through direct employee referrals through WorkTaps. What do you dislike about WorkTaps? The most challenging aspect about WorkTaps is not inherant in the product itself but getting widespread engagement with the program among employees.
