What is Worksuite, and what problem is it built to solve?

Worksuite is an enterprise freelancer management system for organizations that onboard, manage, and pay contractors at scale across global markets. It brings together contingent-workforce processes such as onboarding, contractor classification, contract management, global payments, and 1099 tax compliance.

What languages does Worksuite support?

Worksuite supports 1 language: English.

What company sizes and industries is Worksuite the best fit for?

Worksuite’s positive-user base includes small businesses, mid-market organizations, and enterprises, with notable representation across media, marketing, and technology-related industries.
  • Mid-market (51–1,000 employees): A prominent company-size segment.
  • Enterprise (more than 1,000 employees): Also strongly represented.
  • Small business (50 or fewer employees): Present among positive users as well.
  • Marketing and media: Marketing and Advertising, Media Production, and Publishing are recurring industry groups.
  • Technology and professional services: Information Technology and Services, Translation and Localization, and related fields are represented.

How long does it take to implement Worksuite across a team?

Implementation timelines vary, but under a month is the most commonly reported go-live range, with one to three months also a recurring experience.
Time to go live Relative frequency
Under 1 month Most common
1–3 months Also frequently reported
3–6 months Less common
6–12 months or longer Occasional longer implementations

What customer support options does Worksuite provide, and how do users find the overall support experience?

Support is available through email/help desk, phone, and chat, with 24/7 live-rep support. The experience is often described as responsive and hands-on, particularly when teams need help configuring workflows or resolving issues, though some users have encountered slow responses.

What is the experience like for teams switching to Worksuite from another tool?

Moving to Worksuite from spreadsheets, standalone databases, and other freelancer-management tools has often been motivated by the need to organize larger contractor networks, simplify workflows, or improve payment reliability. Users describe gaining a more centralized way to manage freelancer information and processes, while setup and tailoring workflows can take effort and may call for support.

What features or capabilities could make Worksuite even more useful?

Worksuite could be more useful with stronger reporting and more flexible ways to tailor everyday workflows and navigation.
  • Reporting and analytics: Add more customizable reports, richer filtering, and easier ways to review spending, projects, and performance.
  • Workflow flexibility: Give administrators more control over configuration and conditional logic, and reduce repetitive steps in common processes.
  • Navigation and search: Make the interface easier to move through and improve filtering and search so teams can find contractor records more directly.

"Worksuite - An Easy-to-Use Platform for Managing Freelancers"
5/5
What do you like best about Worksuite?

What I like most about Worksuite is how it brings together almost everything I need to manage freelancers in one platform.

The onboarding process is particularly useful because it allows me to gather the necessary information and documents, handle contracts, and keep each freelancer’s details neatly organized in a single place.

I also value the payment and invoice features, since they make it simpler to review payments and stay on top of budgets. The compliance tools are another big advantage, especially when I’m working with contractors across different countries.

Overall, the platform gives me a clear, end-to-end view of the freelancer workflow, from onboarding through payment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Worksuite?

Honestly, I haven't come across anything I dislike about using Worksuite so far. The platform does what I need it to do, and the features are easy enough for me to use. I also like that most of the processes are handled in one place, so I don't have to move between different platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Zack Kinslow of Worksuite

Thank you so much, Faith! We love hearing that Worksuite gives you a clear view of the whole freelancer journey, from onboarding and contracts through invoices and payments. Glad the compliance tools are making cross-border work feel more manageable too. We’re here if you ever need anything!

"A Simpler Way to Manage Freelancer Onboarding and Contracts"
5/5
What do you like best about Worksuite?

The most helpful part for me is the onboarding and contract management. Before using Worksuite, I had to keep track of freelancer details, documents and contract updates through emails and spreadsheets. Now, I can keep these steps in one place and quickly see what has been completed and what is still pending. It makes the whole process much easier to follow, especially when handling several freelancers at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Worksuite?

One thing I dislike is that some parts of the platform can take a little time to get used to. There are quite a few options within the different workflows, so finding the right setting or step is not always obvious at first. Once I got familiar with it, it became easier to navigate, but the initial learning curve could be smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Zack Kinslow of Worksuite

Thanks so much for sharing, Olajumoke! It’s great to hear you’ve moved freelancer onboarding and contracts out of emails and spreadsheets and into one place. We appreciate the note on getting started, too. That’s helpful feedback as we keep making the experience smoother for new users. Glad it’s saving you time on all that back-and-forth!

"A simple way to keep work organized"
5/5
What do you like best about Worksuite?

What I like most about Worksuite is that it makes things feel a lot more organized. Instead of having to keep track of everything through different emails or platforms, it’s nice having important work-related information in one place. Once I got used to how everything works and Knew about everything, I found the platform fairly straightforward to navigate. Overall, it makes the workflow feel more structured and helps me stay on top of things without making the process feel overly complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Worksuite?

So far, I haven’t found anything major to dislike about Worksuite. There was a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, mainly just getting familiar with where everything is and how the workflow is organized, but that became easier with use. I think the experience could always be improved by making certain parts even more intuitive and easy for new users, but overall, I haven’t had any significant issues with the platform or any issue using the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Zack Kinslow of Worksuite

Thanks so much for the kind review, Jake! We're happy to hear you're having a positive experience with Worksuite keeping everything in one place.

"Clear, Manageable Workflows—But UI and Onboarding Need Smoother Navigation"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Worksuite?

The best thing about this platform is how it brings a sense of clarity and control to entire work process. When you have to work with different projects, responsibilities and people it helps us to make everything feel more manageable. what mainly stands out for me is the way how it simplifies the process of keeping track of work without making it feel overly technical or difficult to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Worksuite?

The one thing which I genuinely feel could be improved about this platform is that some of its features can take little time to understand, mainly when we're using the platform for the first time. And the user interface could be more better and easier to navigate, sometimes finding a particular option or understanding how a feature works might require some extra efforts, which can interrupt the workflow. "Worksuite Streamlines Freelance Team Management with Easy Onboarding and Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Worksuite?

What I like most about Worksuite is how much easier and more organized it makes managing a freelance team. Instead of juggling scattered spreadsheets, long email threads, and constant follow-ups, everything is centralized in one place. The onboarding process is straightforward and hassle-free, with a guided self-service flow that lets freelancers complete tax forms, sign NDAs, and upload the required documents. The platform is also easy to navigate for both internal teams and freelancers, so it doesn’t take long to get comfortable with it. I appreciate that the workflows can be tailored to fit how a business operates, rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all approach. Along with a helpful, responsive support team, Worksuite makes international payments and compliance feel much less stressful to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Worksuite?

Although Worksuite offers a lot of useful features, there are still a few areas where it could be better. Setting up more complicated workflows or specific payment arrangements can sometimes feel restrictive and getting everything configured correctly may require additional help from the support team. The initial setup process can also take some time, sometimes around a couple of months, especially when configuring compliance requirements and customized onboarding processes for different regions. Another area that could be improved is analytics and reporting. More detailed reporting options available by default would make it easier to track performance across multiple projects and understand spending patterns without relying on manual workarounds. Addressing these areas could make the platform more flexible, reduce setup time and give businesses greater control and visibility over their freelance operations. "Great for Organizing Teamwork, But Needs a Simpler Interface and Fewer Notifications"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Worksuite?

Worksuite makes managing daily work easier and much organised. I like that I can keep track of different tasks and work activity without needing to manage everything separately, which helps save time and makes it easier to know what needs to be done and what has already been completed. I like how it helps my team members to stay connected, work together, and share updates smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Worksuite?

The part that I didn't like about Worksuite is that some features may take time to understand, especially for new users who are not very familiar with the platform. Sometimes managing multiple tasks and projects in one place becomes hectic if the interface is not organized properly, and the notifications become quite distracting if there are too many of them. Depending on the team's needs, some useful features making navigation simpler and reducing the number of steps required to complete everyday tasks are also missing. "Easy Contractor Portal and Automated Workflows That Save Our Team Time"
4/5
What do you like best about Worksuite?

It has an incredibly easy to use contractor portal that saves our remote program managers a ton of time in the document ingestion process. We use its built-in financial workflows to monitor the approval of invoices within approved grant funding limits without having to manually do spreadsheet calculations. The automated onboarding flows help local aid organizers through the process of verifying tax compliance, step-by-step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Worksuite?

The system does not have an inherent high volume bulk payment clearing system designed for non-profit organizations with specialized financial structures. The external UI is inflexible and doesn't easily allow us to customize the contractor dashboard with the logos and designs of our organization and our charity campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Zack Kinslow of Worksuite

Thank you so much for the thoughtful review, Sabina! It’s great to hear Worksuite is keeping invoice approvals within your grant limits and helping your field teams get compliant step by step. We love supporting organizations doing work like yours around the world. Your notes on bulk payments and dashboard branding are really helpful, and we’d love to dig into them with you. Your Business Solutions Architect is always happy to walk through what’s possible for your setup!

"Flexible Workflow and Great Support, but Confusing Pricing and Add-On Fees"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Worksuite?

The customizable workflow provides flexible onboarding steps, task templates, and an approval process tailored to unique company structure and have a responsive help desk and customer service team which are always present for users' complaints. These features are the best feature of this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Worksuite?

The most hated part was the pricing of this platform because some users report it as rigid due to a confusing pricing structure with heavy fees for specific add-ons on API access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Worksuite Makes Freelancer Onboarding Fast and Effortless"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Worksuite?

Honestly, the best part of Worksuite is how it handles the onboarding. We used to waste so much time chasing down freelancers for tax forms, banking info, signed contracts, and so on over email. Now, we can just send them a link, they upload everything into the portal themselves as well as it tracks their compliance status automatically. The interface is really clean and simple, so our team didn't need any real training to figure it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Worksuite?

The platform is good enough, but the platform can occasionally experience slow loading times when handling large batches of data. And whenever I try to find a candidate through the search bar using their email IDs, it shows lots of candidates with different email IDs. That causes frustration for us. Despite these minor hiccups, it has vastly improved our operational efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Zack Kinslow of Worksuite

Thanks so much for the thoughtful review! We're so happy to hear you're solving bottlenecks, saving time, and automating so many contractor processes with Worksuite. Please let us know anything else we can do to help :)
