The Directory and org chart are incredibly easy to navigate and find colleagues based on the information in their profile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The calendar feature does not link directly to my company's Outlook calendar which means you need to create shared calendars in order to have the feature link to Outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Workmates EX is way easier to access and use compared to other onboarding tools I’ve tried. The interface is clean, intuitive, and everything is in sensible places. There’s also a solid Help Center if you get stuck, plus useful pre-built templates and compliance checks that save time. It just feels like they thought about the admin and the new hire experience. The admin dashboard felt a bit overwhelming at first, and building workflows took a little time to get right. That said, HR Cloud’s Partner Success team was super responsive and walked us through setup, they did a fantastic job supporting us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The whole thing just works. We rolled it out at Muska Lighting and setup was super easy. My team got into it right away, no long training needed. The interface is clean and simple, and the support team is great, they actually listen and help when needed. It connects well with our other tools, and for how many features it has, it still feels light and fast. It nails ease of use, quick setup, and solid customer support. I’d love a little more freedom to customize the dashboard for different teams, and once in a while it takes a moment to load when everyone’s online. Small stuff though, nothing that slows us down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest win for us is how simple everything feels. We didn’t need a long setup or fancy training, it just works. The layout is clean, approvals are quick, and the team got used to it in no time. I love how easy it is to check schedules and manage requests. Plus, their support team is awesome. You actually get real help fast, not endless ticket replies. I’d like a little more flexibility with notifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great solution, it gives you what you need for your social impact program and it does it simply and intuitively. Great user experience and also a fantastic admin platform to manage your policies, budgets, campaigns, reporting, etc. On top of that, the Workmates EX team is wonderful, very responsive and willing to collaborate. Workmates EX is a growing organization with a brilliant future! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Would like to see more community/user interaction on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It’s super easy to set up and use. My team at Pi Baby Boutique caught on right away. The interface is clean, modern, and just makes sense. Support is quick to respond and actually helpful. It’s got a great balance of features without feeling overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not much. The app can lag for a second, but it’s minor. A few more notification settings would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most is how it lets people connect and interact. Everyone can discover new internal opportunities and get involved through volunteering and team events. The team behind Workmates EX is helpful and ready to assist when you need them, real people, not canned replies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI could use a little polish. Other than that I haven’t noticed much, just keep improving and they’ll be even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The creative idea behind Workmates EX is really nice. Organising team activities and community programs makes me feel good, and the platform helps me meet and connect with colleagues through events and volunteering opportunities. It’s a simple way to bring people together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There’s nothing major to dislike, but the interface could use a bit of polish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how this platform makes employees feel truly appreciated at work. Recognition has become part of our culture, and with Workmates EX by HR Cloud, it’s so easy to celebrate one another. I use it regularly, and every time it brings a smile. The ease of use is fantastic, everything is straightforward, and the features are designed with employees in mind. Their customer support team has been outstanding as well, always quick and helpful whenever we’ve had questions. Implementation was seamless, and integrating Workmates EX into our SAP Store environment was smoother than I expected. It’s packed with useful features that make recognition fun, engaging, and meaningful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There’s nothing I dislike about Workmates EX at all. The platform does exactly what it promises. If anything, I just wish even more people across our organization used it as often as they should, it’s that good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing I like about Workmates EX is that it lets employees from all over connect and engage while also doing good in their communities. It’s an all-in-one solution for employee engagement and running events, and it makes bringing people together really simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface could use a little polish, but overall there’s nothing major. The platform should keep improving and evolving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
