## About Workist
Workist automates order entry from inbox to ERP for manufacturing and wholesale companies. Its AI agents process incoming documents from customers and suppliers, whether they arrive as PDFs, Excel files, or directly in the body of an email. Relevant information such as order quantities and item numbers is extracted, validated against ERP master data, and automatically transferred into the target ERP system. The platform covers the entire process from incoming emails and phone calls to ERP entry in one place. Its AI is trained on the collective document knowledge of more than 200 customers. At the same time, teams remain in control through a human-in-the-loop approach. When an agent is uncertain, for example, because a customer has used an outdated item number or provided an unknown delivery address, a team member is notified. They can review, correct, and approve the document in just a few clicks. The AI continuously learns from these inputs, enabling it to handle more edge cases independently over time. Order automation also extends beyond documents. Workist’s Voice Agent takes phone orders directly from customers and field sales representatives, including outside regular business hours. It captures the relevant order details during the conversation and passes them into the same review and ERP workflow used for orders received by email. Workist integrates with ERP systems including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle NetSuite, Sage 100, Sage 200, Odoo, and proALPHA. Connections can be established through native APIs, file-based interfaces, or middleware such as Lobster Data and Seeburger, with further ERP systems available. Supported document types include purchase orders, order confirmations, inquiries, and lists of services. Customers report time savings of up to 96 percent and a 90 percent lower error rate in document processing. To date, Workist has processed more than 15 million transactions. Key use cases include order entry automation, inquiry processing, lists of services processing, AI OCR for incoming business documents, and AI-powered phone order taking. Workist serves companies across wholesale, manufacturing, electronics, food and beverage, and plastics.
