**What do you like best about Work Experience Builders?**

The ability to recruit and hire someone with experience that has already been validated through the completion of projects created by me...

**What do you dislike about Work Experience Builders?**

There isn't much to dislike. It works for both the student or inexperienced by giving them the opportunity to gain experience they may not otherwise gain through other means and the employer by giving them the opportunity to "try" a candidate out without the promise of a permanent job. Allows recruitment of highly talented individuals.

**What problems is Work Experience Builders solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Financial (budget constraints): I can get small projects completed for over half the expense of paying an expert. 
Able to reduce workforce through hiring talent individuals for project based work. 
Able to recruit highly talented people because I'm already familiar with their work. 
This has been extremely helpful during the pandemic as most of my work is with technology.
