Wordify was an amazing value for users who signed up a few years ago. Prices were super low for managed WordPress with cloud servers, and the customer service was exceptional. Today, that mostly still holds true, but personal service has been replaced by a slow ticket system, and rising costs make Wordify a compromise that may be too bare bones vs other managed WordPress services. Wordify once had personal customer service that was a huge value for the price. Now, Wordify uses an AI ticketing system that is not as responsive. To get a human response for a billing question took nearly a week recently, and I had to submit several follow ups. Wordify still has a good feature set with cloud servers, daily backup, etc. For budget users, it's a solid choice, but experienced users of managed WordPress will probably notice the difference between Wordify and higher tier hosts and may not be satisfied. Wordify is a great product. They make managing my websites really easy with a nice looking, easy to use admin section. The pricing is very reasonable, their support is always helpful and fast, and they're always open to listen to their clients. The only downside is that they have increased their pricing since I initially signed up. However, they've been very willing to work with me to have a sort of hybrid plan between the one I was using for the past few years and this new plan. It's made it very worth it to stick with them. I love the support team - I don't need support that often but when i do it has been hit and miss at other hosting comapnies even the top ones - I have used SG, WP Engine and several others and wordify is by far the simpliest and easiest and well lets just say I'm still here and happy. The only criticism I have (and this is being really 'picky') is the interface. I keep going to the top right of the screen expecting to find 'my profile', 'signout' etc up there. Their support! I couldn't believe that a hosting company could have excellent support. I am so thrilled that whenever I have a problem or a request, I am not worried I'm dealing with other big corporations that don't care about small businesses.

Though Wordify is improving every day, one thing I think is missing is that you cannot reset SFTP/login credentials for each service unless you reach out to them. It's not a big problem, but I still like to reset the SFTP and database whenever possible! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wordify is a great WordPress host. I have about 80 client sites with them and have had no problems. The sites run in containers - either on AWS or GCP - you can choose. Their customer support is an actual email address with a quick response time (even during all hours of the night) - not one of those annoying automated bots where you end up asking for an actual human to talk to because those bots suck at actually helping you! My sites have never gone down on Wordify. I put a few sites on Wordify to try it out at the start, as I heard about them at WordCamp Sydney. I used to wish they had PHPMyAdmin in their dashboard, as it was holding things back a tad. And they must have read my mind or something, as they recently added it! I was stoked when I got their email saying they had added PHPMyAdmin.

Oh, that's another thing: Wordify send out informative emails about accurate & useful features being added to their offering all the time, instead of annoying marketing emails with fluff in them and cheesy stock pictures of hipsters on computers - you know the type of emails I am talking about... The support when you avail of their service is the best. I get it that they already have an interface that is simpler and intuitive, easy for anyone of any skill level, but when you're stuck with something (say migration) there is always support that you can request and somebody will always be ready to help very quickly. I dont have any bad experiences so far, sometimes I wonder or even hesitant at first with their pricing as it was really cheap and affordable and this may be a scam. but when I tried their service, I was convinced altogether and if they raise the rates a little higher it think it's still worth it.
