Additionally, I was unable to access the trophy icon to find out who won my quiz. I ended up having to use my computer and share my phone's Wi-Fi just to see the winner. It looks nice and it is clear that the creators are open to feedback (in order to improve it) **What do you dislike about Wooclap?** Yes, it's user-friendly BUT only after you have learnt the specific terminology. Two example of this which had me scratching my head for far too long were 'Participant Pace' being what they call any asynchronous survey, and clicking 'Report' to see the results of your asynchronous survey (where usually a button saying 'report' is to flag up inappropriate or offensive content). Personally, I find the jolly "Hey guys, I hope you're doing great" email tone a bit grating - but that's probably the grumpy side of me (on this cloudy Monday morning! :) ) **What problems is Wooclap solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's not so much solving a problem as replacing another survey tool.
