In EdrawMax, the icons and controls are where they are logically supposed to be on the screen. In competitor software, I used to struggle a lot even with basic alignment of objects in the screen, but with EdrawMax, this process is a built-in feature. **What do you dislike about Wondershare EdrawMax?** LAYERS EXPORT: I am a generation of MS Visio, but dropped it for EdrawMax. However, the inability to have layers exported as part of the PDF file is a big deal. It is always great for presentation purposes to toggle the layers on/off when taking someone through your chart. It would be tremendously powerful to have the option to export the PDF to include layers by default, with the layers fully having the same interactivity in the exported PDF as it is in the app. GUI THEMES: It would be great to have various additional themes in the app, allowing the user to have the customization possible in apps like PDF Xchange Pro, where the user can customize the GUI theme and colors to their taste. I can easily implement new hardware additions to the library and integrate everything with minimal back-tracking of work. The integration of functionalities across all versions of the app. On Windows, the use is quite easy and comfortable, but it has more functionalities and customizations of fonts and styles that make the changes made in the Windows version not reflected on the Web. Or those changes are lost when working on the Web version. 2. A more competent mobile version. I am am home remodeler and primarily use the "floor plan" feature. It's quite easy to use but there are some very frustrating things that I'll describe in the other box. Maybe if there was just a version for floor plans. I hardly use any of the other features. **What do you dislike about Wondershare EdrawMax?** I wish there was a 3D feature in floor plans so I could turn my floor plans into nice visuals for my clients. I do not like that when you add text to a floor plan (perhaps a measurement) you create the text box and when you click away, the text gets bigger. So every single time I have to reduce the text size. I wish there was a meauring tool to do things like measure the distance between objects. Yes, I can use the dimensioning tool, but it places the measurement at the end which is typically covered up by an object. It's very easy to get up and running using the App. I really like the pre-made templates that can be used for a miriad of different things from business templates and IT & Engineering to Marketing and UI/UX. I use the App both for both business and personal use and is my go to App when building quick images/diagrams (I also have Adobe Illustrator but this is way easier and quicker to use). I've also used it for computer flow diagrams when building programs and processes. I've used it helping my wife create images and diagrams for her presentations as well on really short notice. I remember one instance where she was preparing for a poster session and we were able to create 10-12 graphics in an evening that fit perfectly into her poster session. She got several compliments on her graphics. I have a number of programs that are specific in use such as Adobe Illustrator, Fusion360 and QCad but defer to EDrawMax to start a graphic. ### 12. EdrawMax is a great multi-purpose software from developing Mindmaps, to roadmaps for strategy to process workflows etc. While there are sometimes hiccups with some minor things (especially when a new version is installed) the technical support team is excellent and usually resolves issues VERY fast. My last interaction was with Nora, and again, she was very helpful and managed to sort the issue in two interaction. This is what I REALLY appreciate about their programs (I'm also very fond about PDF Elements!) **What do you dislike about Wondershare EdrawMax?** Templates are always a question of preference/taste. So, for professional purposes, to find a decent template, you have to scroll quite a bit, which is time-consuming. There needs to be accurate I.E.C and N.E.C symbols. that is the only downside for me personally. I make electrical schematics and blueprints and its frustrating having to make the symbol yourself instead of having the convenience of drag and drop from a list. **What problems is Wondershare EdrawMax solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've been able to catalog all of our electrical documentation for all the machines we have here at work. Our machines make envelopes and paper notebooks and most of the machines come from the 70's and 80's so all the diagrams and blueprints are on paper and we have one copy. Most of the machine manufacturers have long been closed for various reasons so obtaining another schematic in the event the original is lost or damage is impossible. Edraw max has made my life easier by allowing me to quickly transfer the original paper schematics to digital format such as pdf and im able to have multiple copies stored in the cloud and on my computer. ### 27.
