I really find the Wonderlic reports to be the easiest to read. The information is easily digestible and explained in a way that any member of the hiring team can understand. The use of green, yellow, and red colors for score ranges makes understanding how the score relates to the role even easier. I also appreciate that the assessment takes only 35-40 minutes for the candidate, which reduces candidate drop off compared to other assessments we've used that took 1.5 hours or more. Plus, Wonderlic warns us if the candidate answers are inconsistent, indicating they may be trying to manipulate the results. One thing we've found is that we lack oversight of the automated communications that go out to candidates when we do a manual push or when we want to send re-tests. We would prefer to have control over what verbiage is sent out, to help improve the candidate experience, and to make their testing process feel less automated and more personalized.
