wodz Reviews & Product Details

Wodz is an all-in-one management software built in France for gyms, cross-training boxes, Hyrox gyms and yoga, pilates and HIIT studios. Gym teams run their class schedule with weekly templates, multiple coaches and automatic waitlists, manage memberships with pauses, discounts and payment schedules, and collect card and SEPA direct debit payments with automatic follow-up of failed payments. The point of sale handles drop-ins, class packs, shop items and gift cards, and e-invoices are issued through a certified e-invoicing platform. Members book classes, pay and track their results in the Wodz app for iOS and Android, and message the gym from the built-in chat. Cross-training boxes program their workouts in three levels, RX, Intermediate and Scaled, with scores, leaderboards and a TV display for the gym floor. To help the gym grow, Wodz includes a lead CRM with a configurable stage pipeline, 81 ready-made automations for no-shows, trial endings, failed payments and birthdays, newsletters, text messages sent through the gym's own SMS provider with no commission, and integrations with Egym Wellpass and ClassPass. Gyms switching from another software get their members, active memberships and class packs migrated for free, with setup in less than 24 hours and a dedicated onboarding manager. SEPA direct debits continue with no action from members, and members who pay by card add their card in the app in a few seconds. Every feature is included in every plan, starting at 39 euros per month excluding VAT, with no long-term commitment. Data is hosted in France and support is provided by people, Monday to Saturday. The software is available in French.
