# What are the highest rated digital mortgage closing platforms for lenders reducing closing time from signature to funding?

A paper note has to be physically shipped before funds move, while an eNote registered on the MERS eRegistry can reach a warehouse bank or investor the same day. So the platforms that win here treat the note, not the signature, as the real end of the process.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Highest rated in the<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/digital-mortgage-closing"> </a><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/digital-mortgage-closing">digital mortgage closing</a> category:<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/ncino-s-mortgage-suite/reviews"> </a><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/ncino-s-mortgage-suite/reviews"><strong>nCino's Mortgage Suite</strong></a> (4.9, 90+ G2 reviews),<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/eclosing-by-snapdocs/reviews"> </a><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/eclosing-by-snapdocs/reviews"><strong>eClosing by Snapdocs</strong></a> (4.6, 25+), and<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/docmagic/reviews"> </a><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/docmagic/reviews"><strong>DocMagic</strong></a> (4.0, but less reviews).</p><ul>

The eNote point is the one most lenders underweight. eClosing saved the appointment, but eNote registration on MERS is what actually moves the funding day. DocMagic&#39;s SMART Doc capability is worth looking at specifically for that last mile.
