## About Wizer - Decision Science Platform
Wizer Technologies is an Australian-founded decision science company , building tools that bring the science of decision-making into the room. Founded by Kylee Ingram, Wizer works with organisations across strategy, governance, stakeholder engagement, and board environments — from not-for-profits and schools through to enterprise and government — to lift the quality of decisions being made every day. The Wizer platform is built on three core components: - Decision Profiles map how individuals make decisions across seven evidence-based archetypes — Visionary, Guardian, Explorer, Deliverer, Analyzer, Collaborator, and Achiever. - Panel Strength reveals how decision groups are shaped across thinking, experience, and perspective, surfacing patterns and blind spots before a decision is made. - A live recommendation engine then provides evidence-based guidance on what's missing, who should be added, and how to strengthen the group. The platform also includes Wize Snaps, a communication tool that adapts messaging to decision style so discussions move forward with less friction.Wizer strengthens human judgement rather than replacing it. It addresses the structural forces that quietly distort decisions — social bias, information bias, and capacity bias — by making the composition of every decision group visible and adjustable. Individual Decision Profiles are always free. Team mapping starts at $15 per person per month, with Essentials, Teams, and Pro tiers available for organisations ready to embed decision science across the way they work.

## Wizer - Decision Science Platform Reviews
 ### 1. Wizer: science based tools to help teams perform better

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer W. | Technical Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Wizer - Decision Science Platform?**

Wizer Decision Science is the first tool I have ever used that looks at this metric of 'decision making'.
Not a personality tool, but a 'what lens do you tend to apply to things'. The gaps in decision making in groups is completely overlooked - and yet the impact of this is huge. A classic case of 'you don't know what you don't know' - and Wizer helps shine light on biases and what is missing.
Easy to use, more powerful the more people in the team/group/board use this - the real patterns start to emerge at scale.

**What do you dislike about Wizer - Decision Science Platform?**

Nothing really. I gather there are moves afoot to allow this to connect and integrate with external systems - which adds each and usefulness on internal company systems

**What problems is Wizer - Decision Science Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work with teams on helping them grow, progress and unify; I am on boards with different people with varied background, life experiences and skills.
Wizer helps me understand where they are coming from and what might be driving them. Even without them completing a full profile, I can use the Wizer tools to analyse them through their public profiles to start to gain some real understanding.

 ### 2. Serious alternative to personality assessments — a better fit for teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Wizer - Decision Science Platform?**

I've run more team assessments than I care to count. Myers-Briggs, DiSC, Insights Discovery, Predictive Index, Hogan, Strengths Finder — at various points all of them have been part of how we tried to understand our teams.

The pattern was always the same. People would enjoy the workshop, share their colour or type or letter, put the profile on their desk, and three months later nothing about how the team actually worked had changed. The assessments told us who people were. They didn't tell us anything useful about how decisions were being made.

Wizer is the first tool I've used that does the thing I actually wanted those assessments to do. It maps how each person makes decisions — not their personality, not their preferences, but the lens they bring when they're weighing a real call. And then it shows that mix at a team and organisational level, which is where the patterns get interesting. You can see which thinking styles dominate, which are missing entirely, and where the team is going to struggle long before the struggle shows up.

The shift from personality language to decision language has changed how my teams talk about themselves. It's no longer "she's an introvert, that's why she didn't speak up." It's "we didn't have a Guardian voice in that conversation, and we missed the risk." That's a different kind of conversation. It's also a more useful one.

**What do you dislike about Wizer - Decision Science Platform?**

The category language is still settling. "Decision science platform" is the right description, but it doesn't slot into the existing assessment-tool box buyers are used to — which means you sometimes have to explain what it is before you can explain what it does. The platform itself is clear; the category positioning is the part of the market that's still catching up to what Wizer actually is.

**What problems is Wizer - Decision Science Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wizer is solving the problem every people leader has had with personality assessments: they tell you who people are, but they don't tell you anything actionable about how teams perform under pressure.

The benefit for us has been three things. First, decisions get made differently — we now compose project groups and decision panels deliberately, based on the mix of thinking the decision actually needs. Second, internal conversations have shifted from personality framing ("he's just like that") to decision framing ("we don't have that lens covered"), which is a much more useful place to start. Third, we're seeing people we previously overlooked — quieter contributors with valuable decision profiles who didn't fit the dominant team type — start to be involved in decisions where their thinking matters.

If you've spent years running team workshops that felt good in the room but didn't change anything afterwards, Wizer is a fundamentally different tool. It's not a replacement for personality assessments. It's a replacement for the gap they left.

 ### 3. Making Board Decisions Clearer and Easier

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angus H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Wizer - Decision Science Platform?**

Before we started using Wizer, our board was making investment decisions the way we always have, a mix of evidence and gut feel from our directors. We have a diverse group but they would still often move together as one.

Wizer helped to surface patterns we hadn't seen, including a tendency to defer to the same voices on the same kinds of decisions. Once we could see it, we could design around it.

The Panel Strength view became a working tool, not a one-off insight. We now use it to compose committees and working groups deliberately, based on the decision in front of us rather than on who's available. The Recommendation Engine has pointed us toward voices we'd previously overlooked, which has changed our decision quality of some very significant calls that have had a big upside.

**What do you dislike about Wizer - Decision Science Platform?**

Not much - this is a highly intuitive platform that helps me in both everyday tasks and vital important decisions with impressive results

**What problems is Wizer - Decision Science Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us make better decisions and removing biases that were not previously clear to us

 ### 4. Wizer Boosted Our Sales Outreach with Smarter Decision Intelligence

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew S. | Strategic Advisor - Global, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Wizer - Decision Science Platform?**

Wizer is the best Decision Intelligence tool I’ve come across, and using it across our sales and revenue team has lifted results markedly. The team is now better able to tailor their messages to key decision makers, which has made our outreach feel more targeted and effective.

**What do you dislike about Wizer - Decision Science Platform?**

Wizer continues to refine the tolls available, they haven't always integrated well but each release sees this improving.

**What problems is Wizer - Decision Science Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wizer fills the gap with the unknown, too often we don't know how decision makers process the sales decision internally. Wizer takes out the guess work in crafting engagement messages. The reporting and dashboards make it easy for customers to see what is working and what isn't.
