Founded by Kylee Ingram, Wizer works with organisations across strategy, governance, stakeholder engagement, and board environments — from not-for-profits and schools through to enterprise and government — to lift the quality of decisions being made every day. The Wizer platform is built on three core components: - Decision Profiles map how individuals make decisions across seven evidence-based archetypes — Visionary, Guardian, Explorer, Deliverer, Analyzer, Collaborator, and Achiever. - Panel Strength reveals how decision groups are shaped across thinking, experience, and perspective, surfacing patterns and blind spots before a decision is made. - A live recommendation engine then provides evidence-based guidance on what's missing, who should be added, and how to strengthen the group. The platform also includes Wize Snaps, a communication tool that adapts messaging to decision style so discussions move forward with less friction.Wizer strengthens human judgement rather than replacing it. It addresses the structural forces that quietly distort decisions — social bias, information bias, and capacity bias — by making the composition of every decision group visible and adjustable. Individual Decision Profiles are always free. Team mapping starts at $15 per person per month, with Essentials, Teams, and Pro tiers available for organisations ready to embed decision science across the way they work.
