As part of the deployment of a health tracking application on smartphones, we have chosen to use the WIndscribe Text product. We must acknowledge both the quality of the transcription and especially the ease of deployment, all for a relatively affordable price. I am considering a generic equivalent product, but I think I will maintain the choice of WT given its value for money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The embedding process is somewhat complex to implement (account creation) and at the time I was unable to have easily usable test accounts. I think this could be an advantage. I was unable to contact customer support, so I cannot evaluate it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is not very user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It proved to be a poor practical tool that has not surpassed my expectations. The team behind the software has done a bad job. The price is a concern for some I genuinely believe its not worth the investment. Navigating through the audio is a bit tricky sometimes leading to skipping. The lack of features and limited customization options make it difficult to tailor the software according to needs. The user interface isnt very intuitive. It overwhelms users. Winscribe Text falls short of providing the flexibility and adaptability required in transcription software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Winscribe Text is a lifesaver for me! I'm a medical transcriptionist and I use it every day. It's so much faster and easier than typing everything out, and the accuracy is excellent. I can't imagine my job without it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of access when having the audio file sent over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can be quite fiddly going back on the audio, you might go too far. I would prefer an option to slow the audio down as I've had a previous manager who spoke quite fast and was sometimes hard to keep up without having to keep going back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Winscribe has been a great tool for our attorneys. They install the app on their smart phone and for the most part that's all. It's very rare that we experience any issues with the software of the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only issue I can think of is that once an attorney leaves, we seem to have trouble deleting them from the server. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
