Winscribe Text Reviews & Product Details

As part of the deployment of a health tracking application on smartphones, we have chosen to use the WIndscribe Text product. We must acknowledge both the quality of the transcription and especially the ease of deployment, all for a relatively affordable price. I am considering a generic equivalent product, but I think I will maintain the choice of WT given its value for money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The embedding process is somewhat complex to implement (account creation) and at the time I was unable to have easily usable test accounts. I think this could be an advantage. I was unable to contact customer support, so I cannot evaluate it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It proved to be a poor practical tool that has not surpassed my expectations. The team behind the software has done a bad job. The price is a concern for some I genuinely believe its not worth the investment. Navigating through the audio is a bit tricky sometimes leading to skipping. The lack of features and limited customization options make it difficult to tailor the software according to needs. The user interface isnt very intuitive. It overwhelms users. It can be quite fiddly going back on the audio, you might go too far. I would prefer an option to slow the audio down as I've had a previous manager who spoke quite fast and was sometimes hard to keep up without having to keep going back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Winscribe has been a great tool for our attorneys. They install the app on their smart phone and for the most part that's all. It's very rare that we experience any issues with the software of the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
