We must acknowledge both the quality of the transcription and especially the ease of deployment, all for a relatively affordable price. I am considering a generic equivalent product, but I think I will maintain the choice of WT given its value for money. **What do you dislike about Winscribe Text?** The embedding process is somewhat complex to implement (account creation) and at the time I was unable to have easily usable test accounts. I think this could be an advantage. I was unable to contact customer support, so I cannot evaluate it. **What problems is Winscribe Text solving and how is that benefiting you?** good understanding of medical vocabulary compared to generic transcription products like g**gle ### 2. The team behind the software has done a bad job. The price is a concern for some I genuinely believe its not worth the investment. Navigating through the audio is a bit tricky sometimes leading to skipping. **What do you dislike about Winscribe Text?** The lack of features and limited customization options make it difficult to tailor the software according to needs. The user interface isnt very intuitive. It overwhelms users. Winscribe Text falls short of providing the flexibility and adaptability required in transcription software. **What problems is Winscribe Text solving and how is that benefiting you?** It does not allow me to automate messages and forget about them entirely. This disadvantage is not beneficial, for my business since it does not guarantee that crucial information is consistently conveyed to my customers. Another small issue is deleting attorneys from the server after they leave which is somewhat troublesome. ### 4. A very good useful tool which is of multipurpose. I'm a medical transcriptionist and I use it every day. It's so much faster and easier than typing everything out, and the accuracy is excellent. I would prefer an option to slow the audio down as I've had a previous manager who spoke quite fast and was sometimes hard to keep up without having to keep going back. **What problems is Winscribe Text solving and how is that benefiting you?** Other than the above, I haven't really encountered problems. ### 8. They install the app on their smart phone and for the most part that's all. It's very rare that we experience any issues with the software of the app. **What do you dislike about Winscribe Text?** The only issue I can think of is that once an attorney leaves, we seem to have trouble deleting them from the server. **Recommendations to others considering Winscribe Text:** This is a great system for people who still dictate/transcribe. We have very few issues with the software/apps/server. It's not an intrusive program and super easy to manage. **What problems is Winscribe Text solving and how is that benefiting you?** This software gives us a "set it and forget it" tool for dictation.
