**What do you like best about WinDVD Pro 12?**

It streamlines DVD & old video file playing capabilities which makes WinDVD Pro 12 a viable choice here.  The software provides sharp and clear sound and vision for all my favorite classics, providing smooth and seamless playback.

**What do you dislike about WinDVD Pro 12?**

WinDVD Pro 12 has issue with newer codecs like the HEVC (H.265) for instance.  This means I have to switch to a different media player should I want to watch new movies or high definition videos.

**What problems is WinDVD Pro 12 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The latest version of WinDVD Pro 12 offers a good basic software for local DVD and older video file playback.  It has a great quality of playing all the files and I can watch classics without problems.
