"Effortlessly User-Friendly for All Ages"
5/5
What do you like best about Windows 11?

I find Windows 11 to be quite easy to use, especially when compared to other operating systems. It's easy for everyday users as well as novices, which is impressive. I appreciate that it's accessible to everyone, being a basic program anyone can use. I also like using the Snipping Tool for capturing my screen, and I find the search functions in Microsoft Edge, allowing me to work with Bing, very helpful for my tasks. Additionally, the ease of connecting my phone to my laptop for workflow purposes is a highlight. The setup process was very easy, like sitting back and watching everything set up itself. What do you dislike about Windows 11?

I think Windows 11 could improve with an alarm system for reminders. Sometimes when I'm working on my laptop and get a notification, I can't set a reminder to alert me later. If it could remind me in, say, five minutes, it would help me not forget about important notifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean Interface, Snappy Multitasking, but Some Annoyances"
4/5
What do you like best about Windows 11?

I was a bit hesitant to switch from Windows 10 at first, but after using Windows 11 as my primary OS for six months, I can safely say it feels like a solid modern upgrade. I liked the clean and modern look, with the taskbar icons moved to the center and the addition of rounded corners, giving the whole desktop a fresh, minimalistic vibe. Snap Layouts are easily my favorite feature, making organizing multiple windows side-by-side for multitasking practically effortless. The overall system responsiveness feels smooth, and features like Auto HDR genuinely improve the gaming experience if you have a compatible monitor. Windows 11 solved two major workflow problems for me: screen clutter and multi-monitor setup issues. Snap Layouts make organizing multiple windows effortless, and the OS finally remembers app positions when reconnecting an external display. The modern, clean UI is a great bonus for daily productivity. Snap Layouts and Snap Groups eliminate the friction of manually dragging, resizing, and layering windows. The Modern UI, with its centered taskbar, rounded corners, soft transparency, and simplified system menus, drastically reduces visual noise. Multi-Monitor Layout Memory solves the classic headache of windows scattering randomly whenever unplugging or reconnecting a display. The initial setup of Windows 11 was quite easy and straightforward, with most settings and drivers configured automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Windows 11?

While I like Windows 11, a few things bug me. The right-click context menu is simplified, but it annoyingly hides important options behind an extra 'Show more options' click. I dislike having to deal with compulsory online Microsoft account requirements. The pre-installed bloatware and recommendations cluttering the Start menu are also frustrating for me, as they take away from the otherwise clean experience. I wish these aspects were improved. "Boosts Productivity with Some Update Hiccups"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Windows 11?

I like the multi-tasking capabilities of Windows 11. The user-friendly UI makes it easy to switch between tabs, saving me lots of time. I appreciate the timely software updates and the newer versions that include face and fingerprint logins. Windows 11 feels more stable compared to Windows 10. The installation of applications is a bit faster, and reboot time is reduced. These features help me boost my productivity as I can find all my required applications easily. What do you dislike about Windows 11?

Sometimes I get the pop-ups and software updates during my work. The system restarts itself after few hours. Also, initial installation is very time consuming. The software updates are frequent, but I do not open office laptop on weekends. So the only time I need to update the laptop is during weekdays. Even if I postpone the update for 2-3 hours, still it will have a deadline, the update should be done after the end my shift and it should not pop-up after 30 min/ 15 min,etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined, Secure, and a Multitasking Powerhouse"
5/5
What do you like best about Windows 11?

Streamlined interface: The centered Start menu and rounded corners create a clean, minimalist look that feels less cluttered than earlier versions.

Snap layouts & groups: This is a real game-changer for multitasking. It’s easy to arrange multiple windows into tidy layouts, and Windows remembers your groups when you reconnect a monitor.

Integrated Microsoft Teams & widgets: Communication and quick info—like weather, news, or your calendar—are built right into the taskbar, so there’s less need to constantly switch between apps.

Performance & gaming improvements: Features like DirectStorage and Auto HDR make a noticeable difference for gaming, and overall system responsiveness feels smoother and more consistent.

Enhanced security: With hardware-based protections like TPM 2.0 and secure boot requirements, it’s clearly designed to be more resilient against modern threats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Windows 11?

Hardware requirements: Requiring TPM 2.0 and newer CPUs leaves out many older, yet still capable, machines, which feels unnecessarily restrictive.

Taskbar limitations: Compared with Windows 10, you can’t move the taskbar to the sides or the top of the screen. Also, some features—like drag-and-drop to the taskbar—were missing at launch, even though a few have been brought back later.

Default apps & settings: Switching default browsers or other apps takes more steps than it used to, and it can come across as Microsoft nudging users toward its own ecosystem.

Updates & compatibility: Some users have reported driver or app compatibility problems, particularly early on, and updates can sometimes interrupt or disrupt established workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

4.5/5
What do you like best about Windows 11?

I really appreciate Windows 11 for its clean and modern interface, which helps me stay focused and reduces distractions. The multitasking features, like snap layouts, are incredibly useful for managing multiple apps and improving my productivity. It's smoother and faster for daily work, especially with tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, making access and editing easier. The initial setup was very easy as well, which made the transition smooth. For any software issue The customer support team is always there to help through live chat and also solve issue by accessing the laptop remotely. Windows 11 can be used in daily life for any kind of work. It's very easy to integrate any software with windows 11. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Windows 11?

Sometimes the UI not consistent can be slightly confusing compared to older version. Some settings are harder to find. Occasional lag should be reduced which can improve overall performance. Adding even more customization option would make it even more better to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Windows 11 Providing a Consistent and Secure Experience Across Our Office Systems"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Windows 11?

What I like best about Windows 11 is how it supports our day-to-day office operations across approximately 25 workstations. Features such as Snap Layouts help staff work with multiple applications at the same time, especially when using Microsoft 365, web portals, and remote meeting tools. From an administration perspective, update management and security settings are easier to manage compared to older Windows versions. The overall experience has been stable, and users adapted to the interface quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Windows 11?

One challenge we faced during our rollout to around 25 office systems was that a few older devices did not meet the hardware requirements and had to be upgraded or replaced. We also encountered compatibility checks with some legacy applications before moving users to Windows 11. From an administration perspective, certain settings are split between the Settings app and Control Panel, which can make troubleshooting take longer than expected. "Streamlined Workflow and Android App Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Windows 11?

I use Windows 11 as my personal laptop OS for my day-to-day tasks and professional work. I find it to be a very efficient operating system with a mobile-like UI and quick access to apps. The biggest advantage for me is the ability to use Android apps directly on Windows 11, which saves me time. The overall workflow and optimization are much better, with smoother searching features and app opening and closing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Windows 11?

The only complaint I have against Windows 11 is its bloatware in the OS folder; it could be more optimized and take less space. Also, the AI features could improve as they sometimes yield wrong results. It becomes slow when working with high-performance software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Modern, Fast, and Highly Productive"
5/5
What do you like best about Windows 11?

What I like best about Windows 11 is its modern, clean interface and improved productivity features. The redesigned Start menu, snap layouts, and virtual desktops make multitasking much easier.

It’s also very stable and performs well, even when running development tools, virtual machines, or multiple applications simultaneously. The seamless integration with Microsoft tools and services helps me stay organized and work efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Windows 11?

One downside of Windows 11 is that some older applications and drivers don’t always work perfectly, which can be frustrating when using legacy software.

Also, the system updates can occasionally be slow or disruptive, and the new interface, while modern, takes a little getting used to for users coming from Windows 10.

Overall, these are minor issues compared to its productivity and performance benefits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Windows 11?

I’d like Windows 11 to support more open-source AI, cloud, ChatGPT, and Gemini, and bring AI platforms together for future use to make daily work easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Windows 11: Stronger Security"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Windows 11?

I have been managing staff PCs and the PCs in our labs for a long time, handling software installations and other maintenance work. In my experience, Windows 11 has proven to be more secure.

In terms of performance, Windows 11 feels stable and fast, and it handles multitasking well with apps like Office apps, PDF tools, and troubleshooting utilities. The built-in security features have also reduced issues caused by unnecessary software downloads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Windows 11?

The biggest issue for us was hardware requirements of win 11. old pcs having windows 10 worked but due to support and other compatibility issues, upgrades became necessary for us.

Also since many of the options mixed in between the control panel and the settings.

and many a times many things just stop working anytime like the mouse, the graphic driver etc, which leads to repetitive drivers uninstall and install. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
