First of all you need to decide on the version you want to use then search for some decent documentation and you are on your way.
There are 2 main versions: one with a GUI and another with a look of your average CMD interface.
Do not worry, the community has tons of ready made scripts that have propositions and solutions to almost your every need and, most are willing to help in creating custom scripts for your needs.
Overall, POWERSHELL is a very handy and powerful tool, I strongly encourage you to learn and use it.
