**What do you like best about Windows 11?**

Its very clean, fresh and modern looking. Its much easier to install than previous versions and much easier to update/upgrade. Its built with copilot in mind/embedded.

**What do you dislike about Windows 11?**

Some well used features (in my opinion) are buried away, such as in Windows Explorer, when you right click on a file you no longer have Print or Give Access To. Also in previous version of windows you could "run" to a network share fairly quickly now it takes an eternity

**What problems is Windows 11 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its so easy to install a build that we want to standardise and install on 100's on laptops

**What do you like best about Windows 11?**

It’s a good operating system with a nice-looking graphical user interface. It also offers decent memory and file management options. Most software is compatible with Windows 11, and it’s pretty easy to customise it as well.

**What do you dislike about Windows 11?**

It comes with bloatware that consumes RAM right out of the box, and I ended up having to disable it through Task Manager. There’s also too much AI Copilot integration in places where it isn’t even required.

**What problems is Windows 11 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s an operating system and one of the most widely used OS options. It basically lets you use your laptop or PC for everyday tasks without hassle. In my experience, it’s the best OS for gaming and for broad software compatibility. It also has a very helpful tech support forum.

The new, modern look—like the centered taskbar—feels great. Window management is flawless, and compared to Windows 10 there are major UI upgrades overall.

**What do you dislike about Windows 11?**

The right-click menu changes add an extra step with “Show more options,” which slows things down. There’s also more pushing of Microsoft accounts than I want. On top of that, some of the UI simplifications feel unnecessary and take away from the overall experience.

It reduces CPU overhead by letting the GPU access NVMe SSD data more directly, which can translate into faster load times and smoother asset streaming. I find Windows 11 to be a very user-friendly and easy-to-use operating system with everything organized in a neat and clean way. Navigating through files and apps is super easy, and downloading and uploading stuff are very easy, which helps with my daily tasks. I like the overall look and feel of Windows 11, as it's refreshing, especially when I use it every day. The Copilot feature is super helpful for queries related to my daily tasks; it acts as a personal assistant, friend, and mentor, providing great suggestions and answers to my questions. The initial setup was easy, and I appreciate the themes offered in Windows 11; they are very good. I also use Windows 11 with a lot of tools like Microsoft Office suite, Adobe suite, Power BI, and SQL Server.

The privacy of Windows 11 can be improved. The overall functioning can still be better, especially since apps start crashing and getting stuck when there's more load. This often requires restarting, which is annoying. Also, Windows is a heavy operating system and needs a lot of memory to work efficiently, where other OS can run better with lower memory usage.

**What do you like best about Windows 11?**

I like best about Windows 11 is how well it supports my day to day work without creating complications. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic and medical store, and also create educational content for social media. For all these roles, Windows 11 feels stable, smooth, and easy to handle. The system is simple to use, so I don’t waste time figuring things out and can focus directly on my work.
I use it daily for clinic documentation, managing patient records, billing software, diet charts, and inventory related work. Along with that, I create and edit educational videos, scripts, and other content using different editing tools, and Windows 11 handles all of this smoothly. Multitasking works well, I can keep multiple applications open at the same time without slowdown, which is important during busy work hours.
Setting up Windows 11 was easy, and most of the software I already use integrated without any issues. Devices like printers, scanners, and external storage connect easily, which helps in clinic and store operations. Overall, it offers the right number of features for professional use, works reliably every day, and feels well suited for real business and content-focused work.

**What do you dislike about Windows 11?**

What I dislike about Windows 11 is that some parts of the system can be confusing and slow down my work at times. After updates, a few settings sometimes change automatically, and I need to fix them again before I can continue clinic management or content editing. Some menus and system settings are not easy to find, and it takes extra clicks to get to things I use often, which can interrupt my workflow. 

Windows 11 also requires relatively newer hardware for best performance, so on older computers it can feel a bit heavy or slower than I would like. 

These small issues don’t stop me from using it, but for daily professional work like patient records, billing, and video editing they can be a bit frustrating sometimes.

Windows 11 helps me manage all my work smoothly in one system. I use it for clinic records, billing, medical store work, and creating educational content. It handles multitasking well, so I can run different work and editing software together without issues. **What do you like best about Windows 11?**

I use Windows 11 on my PC every day as my main OS and do all my everyday computing on it. I find it excellent at multitasking and file management for all kinds of work like browsing, file storage, multimedia consumption, work, and gaming. I really like the clean design, Snap layout, smooth performance, and excellent software support. I absolutely love the additional virtual desktops feature because it's so convenient for switching between work and gaming or personal setup. The initial setup was super easy.

The start menu feels like a downgrade from Windows 10; it's more minimal and less flexible. I also absolutely hate that Windows 11 aggressively pushes OneDrive to automatically sync Desktop, Pictures, and Documents.

I find Windows 11 to be very smooth and not very processor or RAM intensive, which is really good for my work. I can have Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects open at the same time, and in the background, Windows 11 doesn't use a lot of CPU or RAM, which is important for me. Additionally, I like that the initial setup is very easy and intuitive.

Yeah. Sometimes it's just the blue screen. I think everyone finds it annoying. Yes. I just don't want Windows 11 to give me the blue screen of death. Randomly.

It looks clean and tidy. The start menu is in the middle, icons are small and the whole screens feels neat. I like that i can click, drag my windows to the sides to quickly split the screen, and it remembers my layout.

Some of the things are hard to find and take too many clicks. The new styles feels a bit stiff and older apps sometimes looks weird or don't work properly. Updates can be slow sometimes and restart my pc without warning, which is annoying.

It makes it easier to keep my screen tidy while I work, my coding, browsing and watching videos at the same time. the layout and tools like Snap help me stay focused and less messy. It feels lighter and nice for daily use without needing much extra setup

What I like the most about Windows 11 is its clean, modern look and how smoothly everything works. I find the redesigned interface less cluttered and more intuitive, which helps me to concentrate better. With Snap Layouts and virtual desktops, users of Windows 11 can multitask much easier when working with apps. Moreover, it does seem faster and more stable than previous editions, with improved security and regular updates. Overall, Windows 11 makes everyday work more efficient, organized, and visually pleasant.

**What do you dislike about Windows 11?**

The thing I hate about Win11 is that the menu and settings layout has changed, the basic features seem to be more difficult to find. The constraints of hardware requirements are also very constrictive, which can vex users with a bit of an advanced, but still usable machine. Sometimes forced updates can get in the way, and one or two features feel about style as much as practicality. Sometimes, simple tasks that took much less time to finish in earlier versions can take extra clicks, which slows you down.

**What problems is Windows 11 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Windows 11 solves issues with productivity, security, and multitasking. Snap Layouts, virtual desktops and other features reduce the amount of time lost switching between applications and help keep work organized. This improved performance and stability lead to fewer interruptions in crucial tasks. These built-in security features also reduce the risk of data breaches without needing extra tools. All in all this helps me to get more done, be more on track and spend less time managing the system and more time actually working.

I think the feature to connect my mobile phone to Windows 11 is the best. It's been a great experience because I can view my notifications and send and receive messages right from my computer. The initial setup of Windows 11 was easy, I could do it without any problems. I also like it for being functional and handy to use.

I find the settings a bit confusing with both a control panel and settings menu. Sometimes my laptop gets laggy, and I'm not sure if it's a problem with the laptop or Windows.

This solution has helped us standardize users across the organization by ensuring a common operating system is installed. This makes life much easier for our technical support teams. Windows 11 is the current de-facto business OS - unless you are an Apple shop, it is likely what you will be using. It works seamlessly with all other Microsoft products by design (eg. Office, Teams, Outlook, Onedrive, etc)

There are some minor UI changes and flows, compared to Windows 10. After using it for a bit, someone used to W10 will adjust fine

**What problems is Windows 11 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Windows 11 is really the only option currently to use a Microsoft Operating system and all their software integrations. Windows 10 end of life has started, and unless you are paying for the last year of support, Windows 11 is the only path forward. 
Windows 11 does integrate seamlessly with the myriad of other Microsoft products (I use Word suite, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Azure).
