**What do you like best about Willdesk?**

The most helpful tool for me on Willdesk is the FAQ page, and I can even create FAQ articles on the free plan. Amazing too that they have a feature that I can set popular articles on my chat widget, it is an ease of use to me as the app is easy to navigate. Plus their support is very fast and prompt, thank you Sophie for the suggestions.

**What do you dislike about Willdesk?**

I don't have any dislikes on the app, as I am able to navigate it easily without reaching out to their support from time to time. The app is friendly user and even on free plan I can do customization on my chat widget which is really big thing to me.

**What problems is Willdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The number one problem I have is I don't have any FAQs on my store for my customers. It helps me a lot that on their chat widget they have a function that the articles can be displayed directly and in fact we only have two agents to attend on our customers queries and they are not online all the time. So, articles displayed on the widget is a great help for me as they cna get answers when we are offline. Alos, they have free plan and I cna customize and set up on my end even not on paid plan.

**What do you like best about Willdesk?**

It's a great app for encouraging your customers to reach out to you. Excellent customisation options to match your brand colours and options to add things like FAQ & order tracking. It's easy to use and install.

Customer support is also excellent, I had an issue my end integrating a third store and customer support sorted it quickly and were very friendly and helpful. The fact that you get the option to integrate three stores on the paid plan is well worth it! 

I would highly recommend and I will be using Willdesk for more stores in the future.

**What do you dislike about Willdesk?**

I would like to see more layout customisation options.

**What problems is Willdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Willdesk is allowing customers to self-serve by looking up information before they get in touch. When they do need to get in touch, Willdesk offers an easy to use interface for customers to reach out to our customer support team. The Willdesk app instantly sends a notification when a customer submits an enquiry, so I don't need to constantly keep checking emails.

**What do you like best about Willdesk?**

It has free plan for us who has a new store, and don't have enough funds yet for app subscriptions. Also their support is very fast to reply. Kudos Sophie

I cannot think for now actually since I am new, but so far so good

My customer support of course, it benefits me since it helps me connect to my customers and covert sales

**What do you like best about Willdesk?**

I like it because of how easy it is to integrate with our Shopify store. Plus, it's easy to navigate, and the interface is simple and user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Willdesk?**

So far, none. I link how responsive their support to us, especially Sophie who proactively answers all of my questions and guided me through the process.

**What problems is Willdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They help me manage all of customer's inquires for my Shopify store, making it easier to manage and respond to customer requests efficiently. Their integration with email and whatsApp is what I like the most here.

**What do you like best about Willdesk?**

Been looking for a helpdesk and ticketing system, some are way too pricy (excluding AI feature) until i found willdesk. I find it to be user friendly and straight forward. The support is also impressive. I will recommend surely. It is very easy to integrate and implement in our store with a lot of features that are available for free.

**What do you dislike about Willdesk?**

I wouldn't really be able to tell you what i do not like about willdesk as i am only just using the app for less that 2 days now. So, far i have no reason to complain except that the monthly price for the software plus the AI is quite pricy.

**What problems is Willdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Willdesk is making customer service automated without the agents monitoring the live chat 24/7. They provide an AI for that purpose. This is a great feature and helps a lot in managing customers requests

**What do you like best about Willdesk?**

I like how they have integrated their FAQs on the livechat widget it self. This shows that they could display related and important questions, minimizing contacting support directly. I also like to mention Sophie for assisting me in removing the branding on my widget. This feature also helps me create my own branding.

**What do you dislike about Willdesk?**

None so far. I highly recommend this for starters in ecommerce industry like me.

Minimizing Customer inquiries by displaying the Frequently asked questions in the widget.

Willdesk makes customer support effortless! The platform is intuitive, and the automation features save tons of time. Plus, their support team is incredibly responsive! The integration will be very easy with Shopify as well.

In the French version, there are more words to write text; adding a few characters would be practical but it's just a detail.

To help me with conversations with customers. I think there will be a lot of questions I usually answer that I won't need to do repeatedly.

**What do you like best about Willdesk?**

On demand support that reach back immediately within less than a minute if issues arrive. Full Facebook, Instagram, Email, and WhatsApp integration. Easy to use. Easy to setup. Supports high volumes of requests. All of our customer care staff will use this every day.

**What do you dislike about Willdesk?**

Missing shop app integration which is part of Shopify.

**What problems is Willdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had an issue with password resets not working as intended. They replied in less than a minute and solved our problem immediately and proactively.

Excellent UI design
Customer service Nona is helpful
Easy to integrate other mailboxes

**What do you dislike about Willdesk?**

Some functions are not equipped yet and cannot deal with tickets in bulk
no fonts or other formats can be styled in signature or other areas

**What problems is Willdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Emails received before I integrate my mailbox into willdesk cannot be found and need willdesk to update. cannot deal with tickets in bulk.
