What do you like best about Willdesk?

The most helpful tool for me on Willdesk is the FAQ page, and I can even create FAQ articles on the free plan. Amazing too that they have a feature that I can set popular articles on my chat widget, it is an ease of use to me as the app is easy to navigate. Plus their support is very fast and prompt, thank you Sophie for the suggestions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Willdesk?

I don't have any dislikes on the app, as I am able to navigate it easily without reaching out to their support from time to time. The app is friendly user and even on free plan I can do customization on my chat widget which is really big thing to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Willdesk?

It's a great app for encouraging your customers to reach out to you. Excellent customisation options to match your brand colours and options to add things like FAQ & order tracking. It's easy to use and install.

Customer support is also excellent, I had an issue my end integrating a third store and customer support sorted it quickly and were very friendly and helpful. The fact that you get the option to integrate three stores on the paid plan is well worth it!

I would highly recommend and I will be using Willdesk for more stores in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Willdesk?

Been looking for a helpdesk and ticketing system, some are way too pricy (excluding AI feature) until i found willdesk. I find it to be user friendly and straight forward. The support is also impressive. I will recommend surely. It is very easy to integrate and implement in our store with a lot of features that are available for free. What do you dislike about Willdesk?

I wouldn't really be able to tell you what i do not like about willdesk as i am only just using the app for less that 2 days now. So, far i have no reason to complain except that the monthly price for the software plus the AI is quite pricy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Willdesk?

I like how they have integrated their FAQs on the livechat widget it self. This shows that they could display related and important questions, minimizing contacting support directly. I also like to mention Sophie for assisting me in removing the branding on my widget. This feature also helps me create my own branding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
