The platform tends to get laggy, especially when handling large files. There is less community support. The cost can be a drawback for small businesses as it tends to be expensive with higher plans. Wikipro provides best features such as text-to-review ,text -to-pay , it helps in reducing the errors , improve accuracy and communicate with clients via existing landline numbers it is an all in one platform.

When there is alot of traffic on this site then we face some technical issues. They need to do something on scalability .

**What do you like best about WikiPro?**

We have been using Wikipro for about 2 years now and Sam Xia is our main point of contact. If we come across any issues with the website, Sam is very quick on getting on top of it and getting it resolved. He will also let us know once the problem is resolved. 
Wikipro was also very easy to understand and it has lots of useful features for a small/medium company. For our business, we use it on the daily basis.

**What do you dislike about WikiPro?**

Since we have a lot of traffic on this app, we do come across some technical challenges with the website. However, Sam is very quick it get on top of the problem

Stream lining our communication process with our associates. We have tons of features added to the website from making templates, mass messaging, schedule messaging

**What do you like best about WikiPro?**

It's user-friendly, it's fast, it's efficient, and organized. I loved being able to use the office number to text our customers directly and that we can continue texting back and forth. I think it can be beneficial for companies of any size. I've also had some questions for their customer service team which they responded to very quickly.

**What do you dislike about WikiPro?**

Thus far, I haven't really found much to dislike. Perhaps at first I thought the cost may be a little high but given how useful it is, would highly recommend it.

**What problems is WikiPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our case, we used for texting purposes (to notify and communicate with a large group of customers). We also used it to obtain signatures and we also used it to send reminders.We've also used it for internal purposes to generate and assign tasks as well as reminders.

4. Manage online reputation of your by integrating Wikipro with social media platforms Facebook, Google My Business etc. Easily manage reviews and reply to customer queries
5. Start using Wikipro at affordable price and take advantage of many features which helps you firm grow

Do not see any cons. Go for it, get your money's worth
