The best "feature" for me is the ability to self-host the software to maximize the security of my clients' confidential data. Composing pages using Markdown helps keep formatting consistent and less time-consuming. The software has a good variety of customization options and supports integrations with other software used internally. Another must-have is dark mode, which Wiki.js has done well.
