That has helped in the easier capturing of the leads on my website. **What do you dislike about Widgetbird?** To be honest, it looks somewhat ordinary and does not bear the look and feel of the website I have in mind. There are some kind of parameters that is possible to set up in order to customize the widget, but it is not a lot. **What problems is Widgetbird solving and how is that benefiting you?** Widgetbird has been beneficial to me in the elimination of visitor friction since users obtain different website interactions from this source.
