**What do you like best about WHMCS?**

ease of use, customizable designs, modules and plugins to meet almost any need

**What do you dislike about WHMCS?**

Nothing really.. its a fantastic piece of software.  OK I guess, it doesn't make me coffee in the morning.. yet

**Recommendations to others considering WHMCS:**

Great for the small business owner and the larger ones too.. 

**What problems is WHMCS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

managing user accounts and billing, automating the setting up of hosting services, email and domain names..

**What do you like best about WHMCS?**

It started like a solution for webhosts, but now it works for everything. Literally, anything. You could build an online shop with WHMCS. It has billing, customer management, product management with inventory, support, and a lot more.

**What do you dislike about WHMCS?**

It has become so much more that configuration and initial setup can be a pain in the ass until you get everything working.

**Recommendations to others considering WHMCS:**

It's a software that will do anything you want, if you're selling something. It can take some time to set up but it's a solid app.

**What problems is WHMCS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used it to help me manage my webhosting. And it did the job perfectly. I even used it a couple times more to sell things that were not related to hosting.

**What do you like best about WHMCS?**

WHMCS is a robust software that can handle the billing and invoicing for any website hosting business. There are multiple payment processing options, easy to setup various plans, and the ability to connect to your server/reseller hosting to auto create accounts when someone signs up. Automatic recurring billing makes life easy as well. Excellent community support.

**What do you dislike about WHMCS?**

A bit on the expensive side, and little bit of a learning curve in configuration and connecting to your server.  Updates can be a bit difficult. I haven't really  had any other issues and have been quite happy with WHMCS 

**What problems is WHMCS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hosting billing, invoicing, and management. WHMCS is a must have when operating a hosting business. WHMCS is an excellent hosting business solution that I would recommend to anyone running a hosting business.

**What do you like best about WHMCS?**

WHMCS is geared toward the web hosting industry. The easy to use interface offers customers an easy management portal where company admins can keep tabs on company business, client interactions and sales totals.

**What do you dislike about WHMCS?**

There is a lack of admin skinning to allow for a different look. Some search functionality is lacking, but can be overcome with effective use of filters 

**Recommendations to others considering WHMCS:**

Take advantage of all aspects of the software. It has a lot to offer.

**What problems is WHMCS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall tracking of our client base. Tracking of revenue on a daily basis.  Client communication is also done through WHMCS.

I knew about WHMCS by a client whose services are under this platform, by familiarizing myself with the features that it has, I am pleasantly surprised by the integration it offers.
The possibility of offering our services and being able to invoice and provide technical support is great.

**What do you dislike about WHMCS?**

Sometimes, when integrations are made with modules developed by third parties, failures occur in some functions of W.

**What problems is WHMCS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the time I used WHMCS, the biggest advantage was providing technical support to customers in an expeditious manner.

High integration with other software like cpanel or plesk to automate all things

**What do you dislike about WHMCS?**

difficult to debug in case of error when you have many integrations.

I have automate shop and provision of my product without a human process.
So i truncated human costs.
