I have not encountered any problems with the application at all. Only thing Id say I dislike is the redundancy of pictures it requires you to take with breakdowns. It is allowing drivers to communicate efficiently with both our shop and supervisors at the same time. It also a permanent record of vehicle pretrips, post trips and all breakdowns. What do you dislike about Whip Around? I don't see many downsides but one thing I would recommend is the requirements for pictures during inspection be a little less strict.
