Instead of printing labels and emails them. It’s an extra step that I find annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having worked with ERPs before I am amazed by the skills, method and efficiency of the implementation team that made the setup and user acceptance a breeze.

The software itself is very robust and we have yet to find a scenario that it does not cover in a very simple way.

The user interface and overall user experience is easy and learning is quick even for staff that is not super computer savvy.

I like how it does complex tasks with an apparent simplicity, which, for a small business feels like we are not adding too much burden to our operations and our operators.

Everyone from management, operators, line workers and compliance (USDA organic) has been able to find their data easily and accurately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The PDF template editor is a little hard to master. But Customer service is always very reactive at helping when needed.

My only regret is that we did not jump into this sooner - we were intimidated by the word ERP and the implementation phase, but we should not have been. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to track and update inventory as it's being used. The ordering system is thought through and makes sense from an inventory point of view. It's simple but can be complex. I appreciate the attention to detail for every step and how each step is critical in keeping a fluid process in the workplace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike the fact that work orders can't be undone without extreme measures being taken. If a work order is complete, it can only be reversed once and can be catastrophic to inventory. I wish it could be simple to adjust one item being produced in the work order without all the other items being affected by it. I also find some of the filtering and searching functions to be incomplete. Whenever you're searching for an item you have to type it out exactly how it's spelled. The drop down doesn't populate anything unless you start typing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wherefour continues to upgrade and add options! Their support staff is great and responsive to support tickets. This program runs our entire manufacturing operation and we have had little to no problems. The company listens to the needs of their customers and prioritizes upgrades and features based on immediate customer needs. This is outstanding, and basically unheard of in the industry. During high volume posting, typically on Mondays and after holidays, there can be up to a 6-hour delay in posting of processes, like pick and ship, and invoicing. This has caused invoicing and delivery delays for our customers. To be clear, this has only happened 3 times in two years. Wherefour usually opens additional server resources for this time. It would be great to see them upgrade the servers, etc., and address the issues with their customers so we know what is coming in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Integration into our existing QuickBooks Desktop program so we only had to change our process for inventory and production -- not the financial side (invoicing, paying bills, etc.). The integration works. Cost of the program is very reasonable and the onboarding and ongoing support is exceptional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are relative novices in the ERP world and there were considerable areas that were not well-versed on entering into the conversion to WhereFour. Our initial launch had some bumps and met with some groans from staff (but after about two months, everyone was 100% happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is designed specifically for small to medium sized businesses allowing robust integrations without the need for expensive and complicated ERP solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wherefour has a very responsive and competent support team that solves issues very quickly. As a result, dislikes are resolved very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Functionality and ease of implementation made it work for us in short order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Really, the only challenge has been imperfect integrations with Shopify but Wherefour has efficiently incorporated those integrations through software updates, which completely solved it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wherefour is very user friendly, and well suited to our food manufacturing business. We use this across multiple departments daily. The customer support is second-to-none, and from implementation to process integration to product launch we were well taken care of at every step! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

More customization would be helpful, specifically for daily reporting. Also, an ability to drill down/up from Sales order (start) to invoicing (finish) would be helpful for researching issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
