For the most part, the system is easy to learn and covers everything we need as a manufacturer

Wherefour is easier to use than other platforms for supply chain activies (manufacturing/production, BOM maintenance, inventory, forecasting, shipping/receiving and vendor orders). There are minimal steps to follow once you understand the general flow. Our mock recall activities are more detailed. Setting our min / max ordering and the auto alerts assist with eliminating out of stocks. The support team is extremely responsive and helpful when I have run into any issues and the developer team implements critical updates based on client feedback. Over the years wherefour has become more sophisticated and useful (ie. running our cost of goods routinely).

It allows you to stay signed in even with periods of non-activity
