Recently I started using Whereby Meetings and I found it quite effective for my work. Ease of use is very simple, I just share a link and meeting starts, no install needed and even patients can join easily. I use it regularly for online consultation and health education sessions. Screen sharing helps me explain diet charts and reports properly, and recording feature is useful when I want to reuse sessions for content. Chat option also helps during meetings. Meeting link sharing is quick and saves time. It also works with Google calendar, so scheduling sessions becomes easier. Earlier it was taking time to start meetings because of app download or login, but here I just share a link and meeting starts directly in browser. It saves time and work becomes more smooth. It also solves the problem of connecting with people who are not very technical. They can join easily without installing anything, so I don’t need to guide them again and again. This makes online sessions more practical in daily work. Another thing is explaining work properly. With screen sharing and chat, I can explain diet charts or health topics clearly, so understanding becomes better compared to normal call. It makes sessions more effective. It also helps in managing repeated sessions. I can use the same meeting link again and sometimes record sessions for later use, so I don’t need to start everything from zero each time. overall, it saves time, reduces confusion, and makes my daily work more easy and manageable.
