I mainly utilize Whereby Meetings as a collaborative agile space for coordinating budget follow-up meetings with central administration and to review timelines and forecasting adjustments. The permanent room and link simplify the logistical burden of having to create accounts, set up links, etc., and allow all participants to easily enter the meeting. I typically also share my screen to review budget documents and other materials and I hold regular one on ones with our administrative leaders.
