That was a big deal for us because we needed a solution that was scalable, accessible from multiple locations, and didn't require heavy on-premise infrastructure. **What do you dislike about WFX Cloud ERP?** WFX Cloud ERP works best only if configured correctly. Poor or rushed implementation significantly reduces its value. **What problems is WFX Cloud ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Today, we have total control over our end-to-end processes — from order receipt to payment. Procurement, inventory, warehousing, production, financials, logistics — everything is connected in one workflow. That integrated approach has minimized leakages and ensured default controls are in place. Our managers now have real-time visibility across all stages, which has dramatically improved decision-making. We've also seen major time savings because several manual tasks are now automated, freeing up teams to focus on strategic work. The browser-based system has given us remote access, so teams across geographies stay connected. ### 2.
