Werx offers excellent Value for Money with a robust suite of tools at a competitive price. A major advantage is its Ease of Use; the intuitive dashboard simplifies Project Management tasks like tracking finances and change orders. Information Access is streamlined through a central dashboard and mobile app, and the responsive Customer Support team adds significant value and confidence for the user. Its Project Collaboration tools are less developed, which could be a challenge for larger teams with extensive subcontractor communication. The native Time Tracking feature is functional but lacks advanced reporting. What problems is WERX solving and how is that benefiting you? I had a couple issues on my dashboard that I raised to customer support. They took my call, immediately showed their product team, and fixed it. The error wasn't supposed to be happening. During the call my rep told me the changes they have planned, and the reasons they did things the way they did. It was nice.
