It is very easy to manage the stores' google accounts from one place. We also use the reporting tool regularly. The automatic response system is also very successful.

**What do you dislike about Welocal?**

We would love to include Yandex and apple maps in this product.

We were having difficulties in reporting store google comments. It was not possible to share content at the same time. Thanks to this tool, we were able to do these.

**What do you like best about Welocal?**

You could think that location points are important, but you can never predict that they will be so effective. Today, we have increased the location points of our dealers from an average of 2.5 to 4.6 in 2 years. we achieved this by giving importance to this issue and managing it with Welocal without any manipulation. The part you cannot predict as I told before is the KPIs. For our 61 dealers, we produced 2 million navigations in 1 year from Google maps (this was not even 500 thousand in the past), and we created more than 1 million phone calls. (this was under 100 thousand). It is very easy to calculate the cost of this income with digital communication if there is even a small amount of media planning knowledge. In return, I can say that our Welocal costs make me feel free.

Ability to track all our components and their effects of them on customers. They are innovative and their platform is a breeze to use and easy to use and track .

I prefer to know the details of parameters that affect reports. For example an opportunity to see new comments on a location, now we are just seeing the number of them.
