Their customer service team is completely unhelpful and rigid.As for the software itself, it is incredibly cumbersome to use. I constantly had to rewrite my narratives and script texts multiple times just to get a decent audio output. Adjusting the pronunciation and pacing to sound natural took far too much effort and time.I have since found other AI voice software options that are much better, easier to use, and offer far more flexible customer service.
