The solution is customizable and admission screens, clinical programs and progress notes can be configured to meet each organization's unique documentation needs. Other Welligent features include call tracking, appointment scheduling, alerts and reminders, and documentation. Support is provided by phone and email. **What do you dislike about Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud?** must have a small improvement in its interface when assigning users to bill third-party payers, including Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance, and state and local payers. **Recommendations to others considering Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud:** if we recommend this platform in our organization we use it and we learn a lot and continue to discover everything we can achieve in the system; but the best thing is the human component, any time we need help we can have an account representative to help us clarify or resolve the situation in a timely manner, if you can not do it immediately, investigate and follow up, I think this platform is going in the right direction I hope so much longer and improving day by day to meet the needs of all its users, and in our organization we feel we have reached the next level thanks to this great platform! **What problems is Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** helps us in practice management functions to manage scheduling, patient calls, reception and billing functions. Progress notes and other billable events are automatically routed to the billing system as they are completed. ### 4. I can transfer claims, add new payees and review insurance histories. **What do you dislike about Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud?** It can be slow loading some days and I think it is the software versus the Internet connection. My company was totally 100% paper documentation and now we have Welligent. It can take a minute to learn the navigation and PDF forms and reports but once you do you are golden. **What do you dislike about Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud?** I dislike that it only works properly with Internet Explorer. Explorer is so outdated and not so much supported anymore. Making it google approved or even fire fox would be amazing. **What problems is Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving the fact of moving into the current status and getting away from paper charts. The benifit if having it electronic keeps you from having to go pull a physical chart when you need information. It’s all in the patients digital chart. ### 7. My district started to use this monstrosity and nothing ever works as it should. Tech support takes forever. Bugs take years to be fixed if they every get fixed at all. **Recommendations to others considering Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud:** Don't use it under any circumstances. It will destroy your organization. We have complained about the program for years, and nothing has changed for the better. This software is awesome with tracking violations such credentialing issues, Authorizations, Cpt code /dx code mismatch and so much more. The reports are definiltey well defined and designed to report and any issue. **What do you dislike about Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud?** There are a few coding issues that need to be address to bill claims to the local MCO. **Recommendations to others considering Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud:** I am biller for a company that uses this software. They have great features that will help improve the billing process such as the data violations screen. So far so good! **What problems is Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest issue my company faced was being able to pull true reports on aging claims. ### 9.
