**What do you like best about Wellbees?**

Our employees can create their own clubs, become their leaders, and keep them going. If you ask us, this is actually one of the things that makes us the happiest; our employees have now embraced it and taken action themselves, becoming a part of well-being.

It would be better if I could upload pictures of my daily challenges.

With Wellness Buddy, the fact that what we share stays there, and that our colleagues can access it and stay up-to-date when they want, has allowed us to take faster action and be able to organize more events.

I really love how Wellbees can be customized to align with the unique needs and culture of each company, making it a more engaging and tailored experience for employees.

We create clubs, challenges, and events through the Wellbees app, allowing our employees to socialize with one another. This also encourages them to take initiative and start their own challenges and clubs. Thanks to Wellbees' flexibility, we can better support the needs of our employees.

**What do you like best about Wellbees?**

The opportunity that Wellbees offers our employees - especially our blue-collar workers who are nearly 70% of our total workforce - access to wellbeing professionals and receive help from them.

**What do you dislike about Wellbees?**

It pretty much met our needs and there’s not much to dislike about. We love Wellbees

**What problems is Wellbees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ak Gıda, part of the Lactalis Group and Turkey's largest dairy company, operates production facilities across the country, often in rural areas. The remote nature of some facilities poses a challenge when it comes to providing essential support, such as nutritionists and psychologists, for our employees' well-being.
 
To address this, we launched the "If You Are Well, We Are Well" project, using the Wellbees app. This initiative focuses on our employees' mental, spiritual, and physical health.
 
As a result of these dedicated efforts, we are delighted to announce that we have been acknowledged as the happiest workplace in Turkey's food industry. This achievement reflects our commitment to our employees' well-being, not just as a dairy industry leader but as a caring organization that puts its people first.

**What do you like best about Wellbees?**

Access to trained professionals is a fantastic benefit to the platform. 

Being able to schedule multiple sessions with psychologists, nutritionists and personal trainers is an amazing benefit to be able to offer my members.

The platform is also really intuitive and I like the tailored support that can be provided when it's used regularly.

The customer service has always been excellent, and the support to promote the app and get people on board with using it has been really helpful.

**What do you dislike about Wellbees?**

Honestly the only draw back for me is that I would like to be able to integrate it with my membership community platform, but that's completely unique to my business so not something that would be an issue for other organisations.

If it weren't for the fact that I already had a community set up, the ability to connect people on the app and share progress and stories would be a real draw for encouraging people to use the resources more frequently.

**What problems is Wellbees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I run a membership for women in HR, which is a demographic of the workforce that is often overlooked despite being the people who are looking after the wellbeing of others. 

Wellbees enables me to give my members wellbeing support that they may not otherwise be able to access in their organisations. It complements my offering so well because of the tailored, professional support that reinforces my holistic approach to their wellbeing. 

I would simply never be able to offer this kind of support without the Wellbees platform, so it enhances my membership offering whilst also giving me peace of mind that the limits of my support are enhanced by what Wellbees has to offer

I love the fact that they approach wellbeing in a holistic way. They cover all wellbeing pillars and everyone can find something interesting for them which allows them to experience a personalized journey.

Nothing! its amazing! We like every aspect of the app and everytime we have a question we get it answered super quick.Cannot think of anything we would change or remove

**What do you like best about Wellbees?**

It contains a lot of information about health and wellness. If it's one of the first times you're looking to include wellness into your lifestyle, it can help you with mood and sleep tracking, the notes and videos it contains, as well as sessions with specialists that I was told are good. There are some good challenges and it seeks the integration and participation of the company's collaborators. It has forum and direct message functions. I used it many times taking advantage of the trial period.

**What do you dislike about Wellbees?**

The response time can be improved, and sometimes it doesn't progress through the provided content or takes time to play the videos. Sometimes the rewards were not displayed after reviewing content or completing a task. I think there is a great opportunity for improvement in the challenges, as most of them are about sharing an image and having others vote for the one they like the most. Finding a way to increase interaction in the challenges and adding a better description of how each challenge template works would be more beneficial. I couldn't use the session options with the specialists.

Help to understand how to integrate well-being into the lifestyle of the collaborators, providing simple monitoring of their mood and activity frequency.

It provides a single platform where all employees can form clubs, initiate activities, and share information independently. I'm also impressed by their rapid solutions and support in launching the platform in different languages and locations. Wellbees has truly exceeded my expectations.

Wellbees solves the challenge of providing inclusive wellbeing support across our organization's multiple locations. It has allowed employees and their families to begin on a wellbeing journey, fostering awareness and engagement. The platform has also facilitated interactions among employees who didn't previously know each other, creating unity and increasing wellbeing awareness. With more than 50 clubs and 170 challenges we have today, Wellbees has brought our employees together and enriched their wellbeing journeys. Some vedios once fully viewed will still show as pending to view. Multiple time reported the issue but still didnt receive a proper solution

The greatest part of working with Wellbees is that it offers us a very inclusive platform about wellbeing. Our employees can receive psychological support and have a lot to do for their wellbeing socially.

We did not get any negative feedback from our employees.

**What problems is Wellbees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have observed that a lot of colleagues who have common hobbies and interests come together and share knowledge with each other. We have realized that people who collapsed into complacency and do not engage in any physical activity started to work out again. I think our employees did not expect to encounter this much inclusive platform. It contains a lot of alternatives that support wellbeing in terms of both physically and socially. Wellbees also increased the communication between our employees and I value that so much.

Although it is a very easy app to use sometimes our employees might forget to check it daily due to busy schedules, but overall it is very beneficial to use!

I tried most of the features and to be honest didn't find any useful impact, as well after a month you will finish all the programs and nothing new will be added

They informed me that they are not working during the weekend for support

**What do you like best about Wellbees?**

We adore Wellbees approach towards the wellness at
work; physical, social and emotional health. The app connects colleagues
across regional boundaries and fosters a sense of community at Joi. The
gamified version of the app encourages healthy competition among
colleagues while staying focused on their wellbeing. Wellbees has
beautifully amalgamated the wellness at work and CSR where corporate
can support & contribute towards society. Our colleagues have immensely
enjoyed the Step Challenge in Nov 2022 and look forward to the upcoming
challenge in March 2023.

**What do you dislike about Wellbees?**

Nothing as such. Wellbess is a great wellbeing platform. We loved the concept of easy access to health practitioners and regular updates on your physical well-being.

Since Akbank is an organisation that operates in an extensive geography, it was challenging for employees to be in touch with each other. The clubs and challenges in Wellbees encouraged people to increase their social networks as well as wellbeing.

At the beginning i couldnt connect my fitbit but they quickly made the integration and there's nothing that i dislike now, wellbees is constantly improving. I have used it with my colleagues and they loved how easy it is to create communities, groups, have access to articles and to experts, all in one app. Thank you wellbees!

Having offices all around the globe, we really like the global availability of  Wellbees. Paired with bespoke content, webinar and app design/branding. Wellbees is filling a lot of our employees wellbeing needs.

**What do you dislike about Wellbees?**

There has been a few technical mishaps (as it often happen with a new platform/app and also due to their constant will to evolve and respond to new needs) but the issues are always dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner.

Access to wellbeing specialists, content, webinars with a holistic approach (physical, mental, social etc.) to wellbeing. They are able to quickly build in the app bespoke content for different world location.

Our employees feel more valuable thanks to Wellbees. We offer them sports coach, dietitian and psychologist support. We strengthen communication with various challenges. This is great !
