Also, the Traffic Monitor where you can get direct packet captures in Wireshark format is extremely useful when diagnosing behavior of both known and unknown equipment. **What do you dislike about Onomondo?** Currently onomondo does not support ePCO. **What problems is Onomondo solving and how is that benefiting you?** They have made it easy for us to manage our iot equipment, and diagnose potential problems on both known and blackbox hardware. ### 3. There are also a ton of resources to help you understand the information provided and telecommunications concepts. **What do you dislike about Onomondo?** It is a little unclear how to manage data limits for individual SIMs and groups of SIMs. **What problems is Onomondo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Connecting devices in areas where WiFi is not available or of poor quality. The best I've tested is the Customer Support **What do you dislike about Onomondo?** During all the relation with Onomondo there was no aspect or behaviour that I did not like it **What problems is Onomondo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Onomondo platform is the best solution to trace the sim and so the devices in which the sims are installed. Ease of use, to manage and to read data have resolved problem of missing data and velocity of getting data to report them to the final customer. Sometimes has resolved problems in which the GPS of the device it was not working well but the sim was continuing to work: that has assured to track correctly the position of the device. ### 8. Also the communication with the team and the platform as well the API is great. **What do you dislike about Onomondo?** Hard do find something as also after some technical issues on the beginning of the project the solved it after some time. I don't know what in the pipeline is but I can think about some more features. Like multiple connector (IoT and HTTPs) for example to run data via IoT (mqtt connector) and software update via HTTPs for example. Or a ovpn service for example. **What problems is Onomondo solving and how is that benefiting you?** As we don't have to run TLS on the hardware thing side we can use simplier hardware. Also the API functionality for onboarding and reporting is much simplier then on other platforms so we benefit from this as well. ### 9. This platform is complemented by a hardware device called the WiseBox, which transmits data with Onomondo and uploads it to WiseMetering. Before Onomondo we relied on local IT networks and local operators. This created a lot of device management and connectivity problems. With Onomondo we solved it! ### 10. Connectivity -very flexibly to seamlessly connect and avoid network lock that assist in remote management of devices and assets.Analytics-giving us more of a problem solving business than a piling up of more existing problems of connectivity and give customers a more insight of why our connectivity is worthy their investments. ### 12. We had some technical problems while switching to Onomondo, but everything got resolved swiftly. The API is great and the documentation is as well. **What do you dislike about Onomondo?** We had some technical problems regarding UICC suspension and eDRX on our swap to Onomondo from Telia, but after helpful support from their techteam we managed to make it work in the end, so I guess noone is to blame. I have nothing bad to say then. **What problems is Onomondo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a working product in Sweden, but when we wanted to expand to greater parts of Europe we needed more connectivity, a problem that Onomondo easily could solve for us! ### 13. Being able to choose between any and all available mobile carriers is an absolute game-changer. **What do you dislike about Onomondo?** They're on the other side of the world from the majority of our fleet, and I worry sometimes about what could potentially go wrong and leave us in the lurch. But hey, not much has happened, and they've always been very quick to resolve problems. **What problems is Onomondo solving and how is that benefiting you?** As mentioned, multi-carrier capability is the big thing. It's a huge benefit not to be locked in to one carrier, or have to swap SIMs in order to change carrier. ### 15.
