**What do you like best about Avidly?**

What I like best about Avidly is how it simplifies complex sales and marketing processes into something easy to understand and actually use. The team’s approach is very practical and results-driven, which makes implementation smooth and effective. It feels less like a service provider and more like a partner that genuinely helps improve performance and efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Avidly?**

What I dislike about Avidly is that, at times, the processes can feel a bit structured, leaving less room for quick experimentation or customization. There is also a learning curve in the beginning, especially for teams new to advanced CRM or inbound marketing tools. However, once you get familiar with it, these challenges become much easier to manage.

**Recommendations to others considering Avidly:**

I would recommend Avidly to others who are looking to bring clarity and structure to their sales and marketing efforts. It’s especially useful for teams that want a long-term, scalable solution rather than quick fixes. My suggestion would be to invest time in the onboarding process, as that’s where you’ll see the most value and set yourself up for strong results going forward.

**What problems is Avidly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Avidly helps solve the problem of disconnected sales and marketing processes by bringing everything onto one clear, organized platform. It removes confusion around lead tracking, follow-ups, and customer data, which saves a lot of time and reduces manual work.

For me, this means smoother workflows, better visibility into the customer journey, and more meaningful interactions with prospects. Overall, it helps me focus less on operational hassles and more on building relationships and driving results.

In all honestly, I would have to say the cost is probably the only thing I would say here.

**Recommendations to others considering Avidly:**

Avidly has grown with us and been a part of our success over the years. The people are really warm and knowledgable, and the breadth of the operation since the latest acquisition has enabled so much more expertise and skill to be shared with us as a business. Avidly will keep you straight and on top of your marketing plan. As we all know in Marketing, we can be reactive to change in the business, so having an external team to keep the engine running has been super important for us.

**What problems is Avidly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were originally looking for overall marketing support as a smaller business in 2018, however as we have scaled and grown, Avidly has grown with us. Still very much responsible for core goals such as increasing inbound marketing leads and awareness, Avidly has also become a strategic partner for us in decision-making and best practices.

**What do you like best about Avidly?**

Avidly have shown great adaptability to our changing needs over the past 12 months. Our business priorities often shift, and at times we need to react quickly — Avidly have supported us in managing this and responded with speed when required. The flexible way of working we’ve developed together (which I know is quite different from their usual client model) has allowed us to plan strategically when possible, but also secure quick wins and adjust our approach as business needs arise. The team are always on hand to help, even beyond the scope of our retainer, and are consistently willing to support wherever they can.

**What do you dislike about Avidly?**

In the past, the relationship felt rigid and sometimes difficult to manage. There was a reliance on slideshows and meetings, but not enough actionable outcomes. Monthly reports, in particular, often felt inflated rather than focused on clearly explaining what had been done and what the next steps should be. Since moving to our new way of working, this has improved.

That said, I still feel the monthly reports could be more transparent and include stronger recommendations. For example, if a PPC campaign underperforms, I’d like to see clear reasoning behind it and actionable suggestions to address it or test new approaches. Sometimes this does happen, but not consistently — and often the responsibility to try something different falls back to us. I’d prefer to lean on their expertise more and see them take the lead in proposing new ideas, rather than stepping back and leaving the decision with us.

**Recommendations to others considering Avidly:**

Use their adaptability – they’re flexible when priorities shift, so keep communication open and involve them early when things change.

Tap into their breadth of skills – they can support beyond the retainer, so don’t hesitate to ask for advice outside the immediate scope.

**What problems is Avidly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inefficient lead management: Optimising HubSpot so leads are captured, tracked, and nurtured effectively.

Low organic visibility: Providing SEO support to improve rankings and attract quality traffic.

Need for predictable lead flow:  Running PPC and paid ads to generate consistent, measurable leads/sales.

Drop-offs in customer journey: Improving UX to make our website easier to navigate and convert.

Communication was prompt and smooth throughout, and the team was consistently professional, responsive, and supportive.
Special thanks to Christoffer, the CMS developer, who went the extra mile to understand our technically complex setup. His proactive support, adaptability, and quick troubleshooting (even on short notice) made a big difference.

There was nothing that we could complain about. We truly appreciated the care and attention to detail at every step. Thank you!

We recently partnered with Avidly to develop a new mega menu for our HubSpot website, and the entire collaboration — from initial briefing to final delivery — ran seamlessly.

Luis, our onboarding coach, was patient, thorough, and easy to follow—he helped demystify the entire HubSpot setup process. By the end of our sessions, I felt confident training our team and managing the system independently. The Kajabi integration with Izzy also went smoothly—they handled every question with professionalism and flexibility, even when our schedules shifted. The Avidly team really supported us every step of the way.

We didn’t encounter any major issues during onboarding. The team was flexible, accommodating, and responsive throughout the entire process.

**Recommendations to others considering Avidly:**

If you're working in online learning or using Kajabi, Avidly is a great option for CRM integration—they really understand how to bridge tools like Kajabi with HubSpot. Their onboarding packages are flexible and meet teams where they are—whether you're a beginner or just need strategic support, there's something for you.Their team is approachable, professional, and genuinely wants you to succeed. If you're new to HubSpot or need help tailoring it to your workflow, they’re a great partner.

As new HubSpot clients looking to streamline and scale our internal operations, we were referred to Avidly for onboarding and integration with our Kajabi account. I had no prior HubSpot experience, but the Avidly team made the process clear, approachable, and surprisingly empowering. Their guidance allowed us to build a CRM foundation that fits our team’s unique needs and supports ongoing growth.

Great team to work with, who have a good sense of collaboration and teamwork. Focussed on deliverables and remain on track with timelines and budgets.

Unfortunately, a some team members left throughout the project, however were replaced with new people who transitioned into the project.

If considering Avidly for development of a website in the HubSpot CMS then Avidly are a good choice. Avidly project managed the development very well, ensuring the project stayed on track and within budget, and was delivered within the agreed timeframe. A friendly team, who are great to work with and bring their own expertise to the project.

Small thing, but we didn't have oversight of exactly what was being worked on day-to-day (but this may have been due to the tight turnaround of the project!).

You can really trust on them to deliver what they say they will, the wireframes matched our concepts then the live environment was even better!

They managed to come into our complicated structure and fully integrate our systems into this new HubSpot membership platform.

Processes, everything has a clear route from inception to delivery. 

Their people are always eager to help and offer expert input and guidance.

Nothing, I can't really give anything that I dislike.

I've worked with Avidly in my previous two marketing roles, and they have always added value through their in-area expertise and up-to-date industry knowledge. This ranges from website development using Growth-Driven Design (GDD), to HubSpot implementation and ongoing optimization. I've also relied on Avidly for content creation and strategy. Their ability to align marketing efforts with business goals has consistently made them a trusted partner.
